I Hate Snatch Steal
Rules: All Leaderboard rules apply. First to 3 votes or most votes by May 13th, 11:59PM EST wins. All voters must elaborate on their votes. Both contestants and myself have the right to refuse votes, but must explain why we don't accept it. I may add your card to YGO pro and use it in my decks, for that reason Written cards are not allowed.Card C Votes are allowed. 3 Card C votes result in a tie. If the deadline passes with Card C leading, then it's a tie. Create a normal spell card that can be used to great effect via Destiny HERO Diamond Dude. However it cannot result a field nuke, since diamond dude has a lot of those at 3 copies each already. For your reference: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Rulings:Destiny_HERO_-_Diamond_DudeRewards: The winner gets a rep from the loser. All voters get a rep for voting Card A: Rulings notes: This card does not target. That's done on purpose so its harder to disrupt. You cannot chain call of the haunted or a similar card to the activation of this card, since the special summon restriction is already in place: its applied as part of the cost. If you use this card's effect with destiny HERO diamond dude, you don't get the special summon restriction. Card B:

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A is basically only going to see use in Kaito.dek; although yes it does help them make their bosses quicker. Although given that in mind, unless you use the smaller Photons that no one really runs nowadays (I'm testing Galaxies on the side, mind you), this won't see play in there. Only thing I can really say is if you use Thrasher/Crusher and GEPD, but that's it. The different requirement kills its viability here. Just as a sidenote, while Galaxies do have a fair amount of Normal Spells; they don't have the room for D-Dude. If you were running the other Photon monsters, then I could likely see this working better [but not so much]. ---- Card B is a D-Dude-specific SS enabler that must trigger when Diamond Dude activates. Even if you were to activate it with D-Dude's effect, keep in mind that the activation is delayed and although you did activate it; timing would be off. It helps to set up for Rank 4s though, but to do it, you'd have to activate the card normally. ---- With that said, card A is slightly more useful (albeit impractical in the Deck that it's intended to be run in [at least in more streamlined models]). B is card-specific and does set up for R4s, but just not in the way that it's intended to run. Vote's on A (although with reservations).

Trebuchet MS
Uh, let's see. Our conditions require a costly Spell with a neat output so that Diamond Dude can exploit it by having it trigger for free. Clearly, Card B has no idea on what the contest requires. It's costless, and there's almost no meaning in using it with Diamond Dude. But does Card A win by default? If you want to use this normally, it can only be used in a Photon Deck. Not sure where Diamond Dude can factor into that Deck, but then again, Diamond Dude Turbo uses various other odd-looking Spell Cards to great effect despite not actually meeting the required conditions. The quirks of Diamond Dude's effect means that not only do you skip paying the costs, but you also skip declaring targets. This also means that if your card did target, it would be unusable with Diamond Dude. Also, since you're activating the effect of Photon Spark with Diamond Dude rather than Photon Spark itself, the SS restriction will not apply. (See Diamond Dude official rulings) The result of Card A? A neat little Rank 8 Summon, regardless of the monsters' original Levels. It's not unusual with Photon/Galaxy Decks, but I'm a little unsure if Diamond Dude Turbo runs enough monsters to make this functional. Suffice to say, Card A gets the vote. Rulings are consistent with Diamond Dude's other quirks.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
It might've not helped that this contest took place at a time where a lot of us had finals to attend to. But yeah, appears that you win. In the future though, you guys should remove the creator names as to ensure anonymity when voting.
