The equipped monster loses 800 ATK and DEF. The controller of the equipped monster may banish 1 card they control and this card. During the next End Phase, return both banished cards to the field. The person who banished this card may equip it to a new monster.

Card A is kind of a weirder Flint, I guess? Higher ATK decrease but none of its other benefits. Both players can actually kind of choose what timing to equip it to something, but at a slower pace and removal of their own monster.  It's really just outclassed by Flint because it's just that 800 loss. The opponent can do anything they want with that monster and this thing is just gone from the field. Good attempt, but it just needs to be more to do something like Flint does.

Card B is generic recycling of banished monsters, at the cost of being a Normal Trap. The secondary effect helps mitigate the slowness somewhat by still getting something out of it on the rare occasion it would be destroyed face-down. It's fine, really.

Vote for B.
