Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A basically enables CyDra Fusions and some other things (i.e. Melodious, but they likely have no use for this card). Leaning more towards the CyDras, but even then, they only have Twin and End to use off this card. Monster effect is basically there for Xyz purposes; that's about all I see of it. And on that note, I don't believe Cyber Dragons even Pendulum Summon, so not sure how much use this would see. Most of this card's valid targets are either obscure or they don't work. ---- Card B messes with Decks that like to recycle materials from the Graveyard, so it will shut them down. The CyDra Infinity/101 effect can either steal your opponent's stuff, or remove some of your own face-ups that are clogging. (Helps to get rid of a few common things nowadays) Negation is a bit situational, depending on what you managed to attach to this card; but it's still there. Also it's generic, so I could honestly see most R4 Decks using this (if they got the space). ---- Vote goes to B for usability. Card A, as noted, is more/less something for CyDras that really doesn't fit. I know Melodious were mentioned, and there's that, but I feel it doesn't fit in there.
