Face McShooty
It seems as though LEGO is following in the footsteps of the successful Skylanders and Disney Infinity series, and they are doing something just like both of them, set for a Late September release date and the starter pack priced at $99.99, it may turn out to be more successful than Skylanders AND Disney Infinity
Cosmo.
100€?!??!?! Welp i think they lost a potential customer, this game does look cool but 100€ is a lot more than all the others
Face McShooty
Actually, when I bought Skylanders Giants shortly after it came out, I spent around $100 for the starter pack. And they've already got some expansion packs planned; Wizard of Oz, Back to the Future, Portal (rumored), Jurassic Park, Ninjago and The Lego Movie

Face McShooty
One of the scenarios in the Gamestop description said "team up Gandalf (LOTR) with Wonder Woman" so it seems you'll have alot of freedom
Cosmo.
Yeah, that's the thing that i didn't like about Infinity that i hope this makes better. In Infinity you had to use the character from a world in that world instead of idk putting Elsa in the Lone Ranger, so i'm hoping this does stuff well and it's going to last long. Because the major problem that i had with Skylanders is that once the main story ended there was NOTHING to do
Face McShooty
Yeah, same here with Skylanders and now I'm stuck with it since Giants is already outdated by quite a bit. And LEGO can capitalize on the fact that they are bringing in Wizard of Oz, Back to the Future and Jurassic Park... Haha, could you imagine the Wicked Witch teaming up with Batman to take on a T. Rex? Lol
Cosmo.
I really want the Wizard of Oz part! It's the part i'm most interested in. I hope this game's as big as the other Lego games, and if it is we got the winner of toy-to-life games right here (not counting Amiibos, since they aren't for a specific game)
Face McShooty
It should be good, I read you can drop up to 6 charscters in a game, so it's already outdone Skylanders and Infinity
Cosmo.
Ok, yep, tots gonna purchase this *throw money at the window*
Face McShooty
With up to 6 characters in a game... we could see Batman, Wonder Woman, Marty McFly, the Wicked Witch, Gandalf and Legolas all team up... wow, that's one interesting team there
