Tinkerer
I vote Card B Both cards are general and pretty easy to summon with a focus on destruction. A has a more general destruction effect that works on any time it is Special Summoned (with at least a pop of 1). Of course the real meat of the effect is the return effect. This, I believe is too much. Hand removal is powerful and rarely touched and this kind of effect leads to a loop where a brick hand could suddenly become self-destruction if this card keeps putting dead cards on top. The second card is either a Raigeki or Harpie's Feather Duster on summon. As much as I dislike the idea of multiple Raigeki (I'm looking at you scattershot), especially ones that can come out of nowhere, I do think this is more fair than the aforementioned scattershot as it can't really be used during your opponent's turn to mess their plays. The Feather Duster effect is useful against pendulums and pushing for game. Of course, the on-summon effect is powerful and almost completely outclasses Black Rose. The final effect seems tacked on, but that doesn't undermine its usefulness. Despite this, the game has learned how to bounce back from nukes and that effect only works on Synchro Summon, not on general SS so I think this is slightly fairer than A. Honestly, both cards are slightly too powerful imo and I don't believe the actual game is ready for these quite yet.

Hexanort
card A the nuke effect is okay, especially since you need to setup monsters to use efficiently, also being a low level 5 work well with water swarming decks such as frogs, good stat and generic, but the second effect is a bit too powerful, free remove of potential threat AND capability to seal your opponent's draw (by putting the card on top), is too much for a generic level 5, especially with no cost card B basically a better version of black rose most of the time, a generic harpies feather duster and raigeki built in is a bit too powerful, but on a level 7 synch its kind of acceptable vote goes to card B

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Because card B has the creator name underneath, it isn't really secretive anymore. Card A has a Stratos-esque effect when it's Synchro Summoned, and is guaranteed to blow up at least 1 card when summoned. Then it cuts your opponent's hand (although more on the lines of making them draw dead cards again, or put their good ones at the bottom). Usage-wise, it's a Level 5 generic Synchro so meaning any Deck can use it. And then we have the issue with multiple copies for shuffling cards. If it were hard OPT, then I'd probably say it would be fine (but then you still get the added pop on stuff). Even if you had this require WATER monsters, certain Decks can still flood (pun not intended) monsters in order to blow stuff up. --- Card B is either Raigeki or Harpie's Feather Duster, depending on what you plan to do. Given backrow is less this time around (as far as I know from recent trends), mostly will be the Raigeki effect [opponent's 'mons get shot down] Not sure I feel about it having that sort of effect on a generic Level 7, given Black Rose is also a field nuke but hits both sides. There's a good reason why Harpie's and Raigeki were banned for the longest time (and still is for the former's case). So yeah, as much as I have issues with these two cards, suppose card B isn't as bad so that's where I'm voting this time. If ever released, I could probably see card B as a staple for Level 7 drops; maybe not so much on A because it requires WATERs to be at its max. effectiveness (although cutting your opponent's hand is still going to hurt for the most part)
