Cin
I'm not a modder myself, but some of the GTA IV ones were really good like the Cop one and Carmaggedon.

Mave
I'm not a modder at myself as well, but I started using mods a few months ago, when my bae introduced me to MxR Mods, and gosh, I felt in love with this guy at first sight, haha. I was a huge fan of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, but mods made it even better, at least 100%. Not gonna lie, it's a bit hard to make vanilla OC's look good, so you can imagine that I like facemods (and any other mod that has to do with the appereance of my character) pretty much, but I love armor mods as well. And not to forget my waifus - Tania The Hermit, Kitiara and Sophia. They saved my ass when I was a newbie, now that I'm a pro (I selected the "Legendary" gameplay) I don't need their skills, but holy, they're like friends for me, even if Tania's random singing show pisses me off sometimes. I think I said enough, so here are a few of my favourite mods, not only followers, armor and textures :3 SkyUI - A must have for every Skyrim player Unoffical Skyrim Patch - Though the vanilla game has a few bugs, it's pretty good to install this mod [sophia - The full voice acted, weird, funny follower that won my heart because of her awesome comments Kitiara - She's pretty hot to be honest, but she's full voice acted as well and she has a unique personality Tania The Hermit - She's the cutest thing I've ever seen, she's got a few good dialouge options (you can command her to go to bed, to sing a song of your choice etc) and she's full voice acted, but she speaks Japanese (English subtitles), which makes her even cuter] Breezehome TNF - Elianora's Flavour - I really like Elianora's housemods, there are so many beautiful buildings and retextures made by her on the nexus, but this one is pretty good for beginners, it just need Hearthfire and is located in Whiterun, one of the first cities the player may visit Immersive Armor - There are a bunch of pretty, sexy, beautiful [...] armors on the nexus, but Immersive Armor is one of the best ones. It replaces the vanilla armors with beautiful and well designed ones, even mage robes are worth a look
