rholowie
Please leave meaningful comments. I'm concerned about my OCG and balance. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 1 face-up "Dark Magician Girl" you control to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can randomly select 1 card in your opponent's hand. If your opponent does not place this card on the field during this turn, he/she loses 700 Life Points. If your opponent does place this card on the field during this turn, you lose 800 Life Points. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can pay 900 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Dark Magician" from your hand or Deck. Picture from photobucket.com
Jesus
Nice. Original Effect. 9/10 (I don't give 10/10s to anybody unless its PERFECT, but yours is just as good ;D)
Faded
I think without the last effect it is balanced perfectly.
megasean3000
The first effect's too much like Royal Writ of Taxation, and i cant complain about effect #

SushiTheLegend
*Stare* ..... *Stare* ..... *Stare* OMFG.....So godly hawtz.....Not too sure about this card in opponent's hand.....why would they not use the card...unless they can't of course, also you mean physically activate the card/summoning it or setting it as well? Should have included also that they have to show you it just in case they are cheating.

Parting Shot
I agree with Sanji about the specifying how to play the card, and showing it to you. Otherwise it's a very nice card! overall - 12.88/13.69 ^_^
rholowie
Your opponent must place it on the field, whether they summon or set it. And I think looking at it is a bit unfair, considering they may not use it. It's like ominous fortune telling, you've got to trust your opponent to duel fairly for it to work. So, just keep an eye on the card's position in their hand and yell at them if they move it.
Chevalier
I wouldn't take most of these comments into consideration. The card is fine as it is. My suggestion is to render the image place it on a more "suitable" background. It is a well balanced card but The first effects of losing Life Points are a bit bland. The motivation was there just follow it up.
rholowie
Pic came with that backround. A lilttle difficult to edit out. Thanks though.
