Atypical-Abbie
A rather simple Field Spell Card can be used as a searcher for a Field Spell Card. Also another random effect because I don't know! All monsters on the field lose 500 ATK and DEF. During your End Phase: You can send this face-up card in your Field Zone to the Graveyard; activate 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck, except "Parched Fields", then both players draw 1 card. (GigaDrillBreaker)
End phase limitation is a good idea to prevent abuse with Chicken Race. Good idea there.

It's in the End Phase because of Deck thinning with Terraforming is just silly.

Yes, I should have said "abuse in general" I can't imagine what kind of deck this would be used in, though.

You can make use of this card by Deck Thinning, and it allows you to run more Terraforming and not draw into it when you don't have any Fields left. Plus, there's the extra draw.
