Not sure about them Mischiefs, they don't do a lot for you. I'd suggest Needlebug Nest but you are already running Raiden and Trooper, so it might not be that necessary. Galaxy Cyclone is amazing in here. Also, don't be afraid to increase your Infernoid monster count, the deck runs just fine at 44-45.

You only have 9 different types of Main Deck Infernoids.

Where's the 10th so you can use all of Tierra's effects?

 

Very much not necessary. Most of the time you'll only trigger its first and second effect anyway.

 

Trap lineup is eh. Either run protection backrow, Mistake, the Infernoid Traps (all which are really really good post CORE), or don't run anything. Needlebug is overkill post Dekatron and Void Dream.

 

Troop is eh. Assuming this is for DN, imo change the Troop into 1 Lyla, and change the second copy of both Troop and Raiden into Charge.

 

Also, run One for One, and also maybe consider running things like Raigeki, Book of Moon, or similar things to get over summon locks.

Oh boy...

First of all, 43 cards.

 

3 Yokai is ... uh... bad.

Rising Void is overall probably not needed

 

I'm skeptical of 2 Charge to search 2 targets; you should probably play another Lyla, since you have no Cyclones, but the rest looks ok.

 

Oh, wait. You're missing Burial from the Different Dimension. You need to be playing that.

The traps that's activated from the graveyard are not worth it. Even breakthrough, since drawing it is kinda ass.

 

Cut the Dream into two, btw. I forgot you run Frozen Void, and unless you're really in a bad luck, you'll only ever need to resolve one. The second one would be just for what if your Dream got MST'd.

 

You can go like OCG and main stuffs like Torrential/Mirror Force/similar stuffs as your only trap. Alternatively, Threatening Roar to buy you time.
