Master Hyperion
Welp. It's official. Konami's endgame is bankruptcy. It's not that as much they are going bankrupt as much as they are shifting the focus of their company. The way they are doing it is pretty damn terrifying though:
Makο
It's not that as much they are going bankrupt as much as they are shifting the focus of their company. The way they are doing it is pretty damn terrifying though: *vid* My comment was more in reference to the fact that Konami is doing a lot of terrible things that will make them lose a lot of money. Just think about it. After the hype behind PT, the genius that is Kojima, the fan-backing behind a brand new awesome Silent Hill game, and the pure raw excitement behind a Kojima x Del Toro crossover? This should be every video game company's wet dream. The hell are they thinking.

Yosuke-kun
I'm not sure thinking like a Western company has anything to do with it. East or West they're just making bad business choices.
Makο
I'm not sure thinking like a Western company has anything to do with it. East or West they're just making bad business choices. He's probably referring to the difference in mentality between businesses in the east and west. Over here, it's basically do whatever it takes to make the big bucks flow (whether or not it's a good thing depends on the situation), but over there, i think they're far more willing to take a large hit to their overall economic standing for the sake of ideals, personal goals, or whatever it is. Not that either of these ideals are exclusive to East or West. It's just trends, I suppose.
