Ok, so this is rather decent for a Noble Knight deck. My big concern in terms of the design of the card is that it seems rather easy to ritual summon, but also damn near impossible to get this guy in the hand besides running 3, which is going to easily clog, especially with the fact that even Preparation of Rites cannot bring this guy to the hand, so really the problem it has is that there isn't too many search options for him. My biggest problem actually lies in the flavor of the card. Considering the Archetype, Noble Knights are revolved around the Knights of the Round Table stories  and each monster represents a different Knight and each equip spell represents a piece of armament they would carry around. Thor and Mjollnir do not fall under the category, and it kinda bothers me. Maybe if you revise it to maybe fit the theme like change Thor to a knight like maybe Lamorak. Then i can be fine with this

you can search this with the noble knight synchro, and if really needed, manju of ten thousand hands, but yeah i'm surprised

NK nearly have no monster searcher, only the synchro and medraut (which cant search this) 

 

about the theme there is really nothing i can do, i have no knowledge about the history of the round table...so i just

find a legendary warrior that have special armanent and make it a NK
