Card A

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 5 or higher monsster in your Graveyard; banish it, then Special Summon 1 "Necro Token" (Zombie-Type/DARK/Level ?/ATK ?/DEF ?). (When Summoned, its Level, ATK, and DEF become equal to the original Level and ATK of that monster.) You can banish this card from your Graveyard: Draw 1 card, then banish 1 card from your hand face down. You can only use 1 effect of "Necromancer" once per turn.

Card B

FLIP: Send the top card of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. When this card is sent to the Graveyard while the Field Spell "Vampire Kingdom" is active: You can add 1 DARK "Vampire" monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

Card A is just strange. Play a 0 ATK monster to get a token with possibly high atk? If Necromancer (not a very creative name IMO) were a Tuner or something, I could see it, but this just isn't worth it. Draw effect is a net plus zero, so that's okay, aside from banishing your stuff. It's boring and uninteresting card design all around.

Card B adds support to an archetype that could use the support, giving a searcher, though this one only works if you have the field out, and off a flip, making it slower than Vampire Sorcerer but easier to trigger sometimes since you can set it for surprise factor. It's alright.

Card B gets my vote.

I like the idea of Card A, it's a fresh take on how Yu-Gi-Oh! generally handles necromancy. The problem lies in it not really being able to set anything up. You're generally using up your only Normal Summon of the turn for a beater and a weak, weak Spellcaster. Maybe it could have been better as a tuner or something. Other effect is a meh +0.

Milling is no longer a real problem, and the search feels well enough restricted. Card B works fine.

Vote for Card B here too.

Card A - Interesting. So your choices are basically either beatstick or drawing among some other options thats your two main choices. Beststick option could be good in situations to help get rid of pesky monster or help finish out game. Draw option well we all know what that offers new options in hand. Both effects are okay and pretty balanced but its generally a 1 time thing unless you got backrow support to stop this card getting destroyed next turn. Has potential but doubt it would ever see play. Pic and name are okay.

Overall i give it 7.2/10

Card B - Okay. I dont really no much about Vampires TBH. But this card screams underpowered to me okay u get a free mill, but the rest of effect depends on having the field spell okay you will more then likely have it. But you only add card to hand i dont know if that helps but a SS would be better stats arent great as its a flipper lol. I suppose it can search itself its not bad but seems weak to me.

Overall 6.8/10

Card A gets my vote

I've gotta go with Card B here.

Card A seems a bit underwhelming. It offers too little in its first effect. If the beater token cannot get the job done, the opponent has a (basically) open shot at life points. It's second effect is more useful, but it is basically a draw/discard without the benefit of putting a thing in your graveyard.

For card B, the flip effect seems tacked on. True, it fits the Vampire's milling theme, but a flip for a single card mill seems quite soft. The search effect is the useful bit as it (as far as I can tell) doesn't need to be triggered by the flip, but can activate from getting sent from anywhere to the grave while their field is up. Definately a good toy for Vampire decks.
