-kyo-
Fuuma no Ya / Anti-Magic Arrows Spell Quick-Play Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this card’s activation. (1) During either player’s Battle Phase: Until the end of the turn, Spells, Traps, and Spell/Trap Effects cannot be activated. Shinabamorotoki / Multiple Destruction Trap Normal You can only activate 1 “Multiple Destruction” per turn. (1) If there are 3 or more cards in each player’s hand: Each player places all the cards from their hand to the bottom of their Deck in any order, and if they do, you lose (8?)00 damage for each card returned to the Deck this way, then, each player draws 5 cards. http://ygorganization.com/itsactuallyhappening/ well these might do something
Maeriberii Haan
Anti magic arrow looks like it'll going to be hilarious. Sad it doesn't stop handtraps but well, that'd be too much. Multiple Destruction looks like it's 300 per returned card tbh. And really, 800 won't make sense since you'll lose 4800 LP minimum.
Atypical-Abbie
Anti-Magic Arrows, interesting, giving Armades to everything until the end of the turn could be useful. A bit annoying that it affects you too though, since it lasts until the end of the turn, so no Main Phase 2 stuff can be done. Multiple Destruction, gimmick draw card is gimmicky, it says "lose", so can't abuse any anti-damage cards, probably won't be seen much.
Hexanort
ok they really went overboard with battle city cards...... anti-magic arrow is a battle phase cold wave that cannot be responsed, guaranteed you a safe otk, or can save you from battle phase push such as el shaddoll fusion.... multiple destruction is....i dont even know what to say....you can use it with chainable cards to reduce your LP loss to 2400 min (cause 4800 from 6 card returned is too much), each player draw 5....really i dont know how will this card's impact
Lonk
Multiple Destruction looks really stupid.
J-Max
Multiple Destruction is horribly Broken. What, did they try to balance Card Destruction by returning it to the Bottom of the Deck or something? The Burn is something to take into consideration though. 1800 minimum is really going to hurt if used at the wrong time. As for Anti Magic Arrows? Sounds like the Perfect card if you want to push for game. All Spells and Traps Frozen essentially has now made cards like Trap Stun pretty meh. You do lose your ability to activate stuff as well though.

Progenitor
I can think of a lot of decks in which Multiple Destruction can help, specifically decks that can't search or draw all that reliably, like Mecha Phantom Beasts. It won't have any real impact at higher tiers, but I still think it's adorable you can play it like Mind Crush. Not as effective mind you, but still cute. You do have to keep in mind that this is a +1 for you and a +2 for your opponent that you pay probably around 2000+ Life for.

If you open with it on the play, it's a +2 for you and a -1 for the opponent. Both these cards are awesome.
