I don't see why guests shouldn't be able to see that forum, it's not as if it's anything exclusive. idk if this is a glitch or there's actually a good reason but if there is I don't see one. EDIT: Yeah, apparently the permissions were turned off for Guests in that area. I have re-enabled Guests to be able to view/read topics in the section.
