Northern Sage
Card A can be indefinitely recurring, depending on the manner in which it was sent to the graveyard. Coupled with a OPT destruction immunity, it's ideal mainly for stalling. The ability to bring out infinite fodder at a minimal cpst makes destruction effects as costs restrictive in turn, making this a terrible design. Card B is not extremely reliable, but a heck of a lot more fair. Vote for B.

~Faytl~
A is constant recursion. It's like a better Revival Jam and allows security in knowing you'll have one material for a Rank 4. B is... Not looking good to me. Destruction by battle effects aren't too good these days, especially on a 1700 monster. Plus the low number of Wyrms doesn't help, the most useful place for this being in Yang Zing, which prefer to use their Synchro Monsters for aggression. I vote A.
