All voters must elaborate on their votes. Both contestants and myself have the right to refuse votes, but must explain why we don't accept it. Written cards are allowed. (Must be in written format, cards with blank pictures are not acceptable) Card C Votes are allowed. 3 Card C votes result in a tie. Create a Level 4 or lower WATER monster.Rewards: The winner gets a rep from the loser. All voters get a rep for voting.Card A If your opponent adds a card(s) from their Deck to their hand (except by drawing them or during the Damage Step): Discard 1 card; shuffle 1 random card from your opponent's hand into it's owners Deck. You can only activate this effect of "Rainwater Oracle" once per turn. If this face-up card would be destroyed, banish it instead. Card B If this card is added from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand by a card effect, you can Special Summon it. ~Faytl~ Posted April 13, 2015 Report Share Posted April 13, 2015 Card A is bleh. Low ATK and an effect that's easy to play around and is all in all a much weaker and less threatening Dark Law. Banish effect is inconsequential and the shuffle effect is only once a turn for something that minuses you and isn't usually that helpful. Card B. One word: Salvage. This combos greatly with Salvage, I would run this in a lot of Water decks, let's you get Rank 5s easily and Rank 6s if you have another level 6. Card B gets my vote.
