Level 7 DARK Dragon-Type Fusion Effect Monster
ATK 2400
DEF 2000
Must be Special Summoned by sending 1 Dragon-Type monster you control or have in your hand to the Graveyard with “The Claw of Hermos”, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways.
(1) If this card is Special Summoned: target 1 other monster on the field; equip this card to that monster. It gains 1000 ATK.
(2) If this card was equipped by its own effect, the equipped monster gains 500 ATK and DEF for each Dragon-Type monster in both player’s Graveyards or that they control.

At least this monster also counts the graveyard and requiring one single dragon, which can be a red-eyes egg, eclipse wyvern or anything else you want in the grave or can easily reborn.

Sure it is unfortunate that the equip part is mandatory, however the ATK boost can add up very quickly and imagine this card in a red-eyes deck.

Yes this card will be playable in all dragon-base deck (effect is quite scary tbh, that ATK boost is huge!)

Anohter interesting point about this card is that its ATK/DEF is the same as Red Eyes, and in the anime Joey uses Red-Eyes to summon this card, guess all the other Hermos fusion will have the same ATK/DEF as monster used to summon them in the anime

Dark Paladin is a pseudo Naturia Beast tho.

True, but  this card is much more easier to summon than Dark Paladin

Just realized if you summon this card while you have no monsters then you have no choice but to equip it on to your opponent's monster

Why would you do that anyway? 2400 isn't a huge stat on its own,but you can easily get more than that with the equip effect.

Also, if you summon this against an empty field, it stays a monster.
