DarkMagician1990
I know the size could use adjusting but I'd like to know what other ppl think. MasterOfMagicians
Hmm...Its a good set-up, but you are a little heavy on the monsters. I would drop it down to about 20 monsters (removing some more of your higher leveled ones - Dark Magician Knight, Dark Eradicator Warlock, Cybernetic Magician), Get rid of Nightmare's Steelcage, Knights Title, and Waboku. I don't have a lot of time to review it but those are the key ones I'd drop from your deck.

.:pyramid:.
if you are using a dm deck, then you have too many random magicians. Also i Wouldn't Recomend using the dm advance cards since they are annoying to summon and not worth using ( ones that require dm as a tribute. ). also 60 is way too many cards for a deck. heres a dm base, which you are welcome to take apart and make it into your own. 3| Dark Magician3| Dark Magician Girl2| Magical Marionette 3| Peten the Dark Clown2| apprentice Magician3| Skilled Dark Magician2| Magician's Valkyria 2| Sage's Stone3| Magical Dimension 1| Heavy Storm1| Monster Reborn1| Smashing Ground1| Fissure1| Premature Burial 2| Shield Crush2| Pot Of Avarice2| Lightning Vortex 2| Magician's Circle1| Magic Cylinder3| Sakuretsu Armor

.:pyramid:.
why? he wants to build a dm deck not a magician deck
SephirothKirby
How does a DM deck work without being a Magician Deck? They are one in the same, or if I'm incorrect (which I very well may be, but until proven wrong, I stand by it) they are at least quite similar. Either way, I find your design lacking. Pot of Avarice x2?Sakuretsu Armor x3? And if we're going for a Dark Magician deck, where's Dark Magic Attack?
.:pyramid:.
dm attack is ok, but not need because of their is not many traps in todays meta that is used. pot of avarice enables recycling , and sak was their because i didn't think the kid would of had dark bribe or solem, so it would of been ok in keeping your monsters on the field. SephirothKirby
Well, I suppose I can agree on the Dark Magic Attack thing, as long as you run Heavy Storm. But seriously? Pot of Avarice? Two of them? If you don't have Mirror Force, you don't fill it up with Sakuretsu to help. At least, that's what I thought.
.:pyramid:.
well i was only trying to guess the cards he had by looking at his deck list. yer the only problem i have with dm attack is that it is situational. and your are probably right about the pots. MasterOfMagicians
A Dark Magician deck is highly different from a magician deck.A Magician deck is what I use (check adv and trad section for my thread). 95% of the monsters are Magicians, and the 5% are support monsters. All spell and trap cards involve Magicians or are support-types for Magicians. A Dark Magician Deck has ONLY Dark Magician as the strongest monster, and all cards conform to summoning HIM and protecting HIM, which would require a higher dependency on trap and spell cards, than a magician deck.
