Yugioh! Dying Light [App Thread/Interest Check]

You are living in a dystopian future where the planet Earth has been shrouded in darkness, due to a supernatural phenomenon occurring, which involved the sun moving closer to Earth. The governments of each country all decided that the best way to counter this was to cover the whole planet in a humungous heat-proof metal to repel the insane levels of heat. Unfortunately, this resulted in the world being covered in darkness due to the lack of light from the sun. This meant that the whole planet has become riddled with crime and rampages.

 

Among all of this, people still entertain themselves with dueling. Unfortunately, scientists found a way to inflict physical pain to duelists with duel monsters, and many people have been able to abuse this. Robbing stores, mass murders, etc...

 

But then there's you guys. Several duelists, of varying shapes, sizes and social statuses, who have been selected by the New World Ascension (The new leaders of the world) to find and take down the large crime syndicate only referred to as The Rebellion. They are the ones who have been causing most of the murders and robberies using the pain-inflicting duel disks.

1. NO Godmodding, Meta Gaming, etc. Failure to follow that will result in a 24 hour ban.

2. Try to be active at all costs. For rules regarding inactivity, please read rule 5.

3. Post in near-perfect grammar, please. Spell check your work and proof read before you submit them, I won't be the one responsible if you make a mistake.

4. Advanced Clause is compulsory, so 4 lines of text at the very least. The longer the better I suppose, but then again, don't make your posts too long or other people will take forever thinking of a post and that won't be good.

5. IF you decide to become absent for any reason during the RP, you must PM me with your reason.

6. Multiple characters are allowed in this RP, but ONLY if I have accepted your first.

7. Make your applications tidy, delete everything in parenthesis. Failure to do that, and I'll simply ask you to edit your app.

8. This RP runs a first come, first serve basis, so make sure you secure your place. Whether your application is finished or not, make sure it is checked by our RP hosts or co-hosts before submitting officially. PMing the app to your host always works, but for advice only. Make sure you submit your app to this thread whether you finish it or not.

 

9. Small amounts of profanity is allowed. You can you small and simple swears, but not whole large sentences with nothing but swearing. [/spoiler]
