CLG Klavier
3 Armageddon Knight 1 Blackwing - Zephyros the Elite 2 Summoner Monk 1 Toon Ancient Gear Golem 1 Toon Cannon Soldier 2 Toon Gemini Elf 1 Toon Goblin Attack Force 3 Toon Masked Sorcerer 3 Toon Mermaid 1 Book of Moon 2 Comic Hand 1 Raigeki 3 Reinforcement of the Army 3 Terraforming 1 The Fang of Critias 3 Toon Kingdom 3 Toon Table of Contents 1 Toon World 2 Mind Crush 3 Mirror Force Pegasus would be proud. Anyways, this is all pure theory for now, waiting for the new stuff to be added on YGP/DVP/wherever so I can get to testing. First 3 cards + RotA are a small-ish engine for Number 66: Master Key Beetle. Yeah, all for one card, but if you don't live under the rock, you probably noticed that it's been recently discovered as pretty silly. In this deck especially. Toons need Toon World to be on field to survive, and Number 66 does exactly that - makes removing Toon World for your opponent a total pain in the arse. Summoner Monk also does double duty in getting rid of the extra Terraformings or other dead stuff from your hand. If it goes for actual Toons, both Masked Sorcerer and Mermaid are at 3 since they're probably the best. Sorcerer is a level 4 (and this deck is heavily leaning into the rank 4 territory) that's both DARK and a Spellcaster (important for both Key Beetle and goes along nicely with Summoner Monk into EM Trapeze Magician) but most importantly, it can chip away a bit at your opponent before Xyz'ing AND draw you a card. Mermaid meanwhile can special summon herself for free, which allows for instant rank 4s. Gemini Elf is at 2 copies since they look to be the 2nd best in line. Not only pretty high ATK, but also chipping away at opponent's hand. Sadly, making your opponent discard is a bit worse than drawing yourself, that's why I don't run 3 copies. Especially nowadays, when there is a lot of stuff that opponent might be happy to get in the grave. Cannon Soldier is there for flexibility, I mean hell, why not, it's searchable, and DARK Level 4. Attack Force is a RotA target meanwhile, so you have something to find aside from Arma Knight. Gear Golem meanwhile is a huge boss that's easy to summon due to Mermaids SS'ing themselves, Comic Hand and other stuff, and he's searchable. Toon Kingdom is a friggin godsend for this deck, not only it can be searched in more ways than the regular Toon World (hello Terraforming!) but it also brings protection along for a ride. The banish 3 cost is a bit more steep than Toon World's 1000 life, but it will be more than worth it in the longer run. Comic Hand is another stupid new card, pretty much untouched from anime. Snatch Steal got banned, Toons got their own @3. Admittedly, you might not want to run all 3 copies since it's a dead card without Toon World, which won't often happen, but heaven forbid if it did. The deck wants to run 3 Mirror Force to protect the board anyways, so adding Fang of Critias is a pretty cute tech that might work out, giving you access to yet another boss in form of Mirror Force Dragon, who's really damn hard to get over if you ask me. And worst case scenario, you can pitch it for Summoner Monk. Value! If it goes for Extra Deck, Key Beetle is a must, rest you can fill up with rank 4 monsters of your choice + Mirror Force Dragon. A few Synchros MIGHT be a good idea in case Comic Hand steals a tuner, but a tuner being left on enemy's field during their turn probably won't happen, so that might not be the best idea. But better be overprepared than underprepared.
J-Max
Part of me is thinking that Solemn Warning needs to be in there. Its pretty much a staple in most Decks for what it does. Deck seems pretty solid and Kudos on not choosing most of the high level Toons. If they had some decent effects then I would have suggested them. Also you have a few DARK monsters in there so a Allure would be handy. I would also suggest maxing out Comic Hand. The fact you have 2 Monks means you can ditch it when needed. As for things I would suggest taking out? 3 Mirror Force is a bit overkill. 1 or 2 is fine. Also I would suggest dropping a Terraforming (although this is food for Monk) Pretty solid build though. Solemn Warning wasn't that much of a thing for a longer while now, decks can now drop multiple big summons a turn, so stopping 1 doesn't help a lot really. If it goes for bigger Toons, yeah, we talked with Black a bit and came to conclusion that there's zero reason to run any of them, especially with AGG being up there. Allure has always been that weird kind of card for me. Usually when I have a thing to banish for it, I probably don't want to lose it since every DARK monster I run is somehow valuable. Something does tell me to max out Comic Hand since it's piss easy to get Toon World onto the field, plus there will always be targets, but I Still wanna test before adding an extra copy. This. I'm also theorizing, but Comic Hand just looks too good to not run at 3; the card ending up dead because lack of Toon Kingdom/World should be rare. Heck, you could even try 1~2 Hidden Armory to search them, but the Normal Summon lock may be undesirable.

But yeah, I feel like it would be very consistent even at 3.
Toffee.
You can be pro and play Stormforth. Comic Hand basically provides tribute fodder. Gear Golem is searchable by Index. etc

Gear Golem is searchable by Index. etc But doesn't Comic Hand achieve that already? Plus I still have only 1 Gear Golem in the end, so not sure if running Stormforths would be good (although I was thinking of it). Comic Hand is just pretty much Stormforth and then some. Yeah, I get what you're aiming at. I still think it's a bit too gimmicky. I was thinking of making a build with 3 Hands and 3 Soul Exchanges and all the high level Toons for maximum BM, but that's pushing it.
Delibirb
Id rather run magician's circle than Stormforth. Most of the tools are Spellcaster and TDMG can attack the turn she is summoned.

That would be better, but yeah, as I said, that's probably way too gimmicky :P Crush Card for Masked Sorcerer and Doom Virus Dragon? Hey it's a targer! Summoner Monk as well. I'm just unsure how good CCV is currently. It might be really painful against some matchups, but no harm trying.
