J-Max
Hmmmm... Good choices here but I am going to go with Ninetales. The Legend always interested me and Vulpix is cute as well.#
~British Soul~
Obviously voting for Celebi because - I nominated the cutie - I remember using an AR so I can use it on Silver. (I can still use it on my copy of Stadium 2 so she isn't dead) - It's adorable Ninetales was second because I used a shiny one on OR, and I wanted to avoid Sceptile for the same reason as Swampert. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Kurama/Kyuubi got my vote; or in Pokémon terms, Ninetales (the filler RNG chose). Basically have no feeling on Fearow. Sceptile is cool though, especially as a leaf dragon. Celebi, not really sure though. I'm not keen on its 7 weaknesses and stuff though; especially with Scizor and co. running around. --- Ninetales getting the vote is probably because I like the legend of the kitsune. And yeah, I suppose some degree of Naruto fandom is involved, but you get it.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
The joke is that Ninetales can Heat Wave all of them (well, the, except for Sceptile after Mega Evolving, so... At the moment, the kitsune leads. And yeah, a lot of people on dA and stuff correlate Naruto to Ninetales/Vulpix in Pokemon (then again, it is somewhat obvious); hence the relevant Kurama image. (Oh wait, Fearow isn't 2x weak, but given defenses, yeah it'll get hurt enough to be in KO range + stuff)
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Ninetales. I like foxes, and it's a really pretty Pokemon. I always actually preferred it to Arcanine, which I know is weird. Oh and the shiny and non shiny forms both look nice. Sceptile...fuck Sceptile. Sorry sorry, not really. I just don't like it much and seems I'm alone in that around these parts. XD (I do loooove Grovyle though) Might vote Fearow to kick Sceptile out Nah, I prefer Ninetales by far, can't do that
Flash Flyer - Sakura
So far, the kyūbi is in a considerable lead, 5 votes compared to a triple 2nd place deadlock at 2 for the others. Although again, things will change over the next 48 hours. Keep in mind that Ninetales was an RNG filler, so...
ihop
Ninetales is cool and stuff but Celebi is IMO one of the better legendaries around, I like its concept and it's seriously cute. Sceptile? ehh, I didn't really like any of the Hoenn starters (come to think of it, I hardly like any starters) and Fearow is just mediocre to me. Sethera
Oh man this is a hard one for me. Sceptile's my favorite of the Hoenn starters, Celebi I've loved ever since the 4th movie, shiny Ninetales is amazing (and PMD got me to like it more than before- curse of the Ninetales makes it sound so badass), and ever since reading FireRed Kick@$$ Mode I've really come to love Fearow. Gonna go with the underdog for this poll, since I love them all fairly equally. Fearow's a really good bird, though I've never really gotten the chance to use it much. Flash Flyer - Sakura
I suppose Kurama and post-ORAS hype had something to do here in this match. As the dust settles, our resident Pokémon Kyuubi and final Grass starter emerge as the victors of the 21st preliminary. If I recall, it also means these two get a one-way trip to a kill list.
