Alright.

 

If you want to run Key Beetle for that certain broken combo, run triple Armageddon knights and 1 Zephyros, with maybe 1-2 Monks.

 

Then, on to the main stuffs. You don't need more than 1 Burst, and you can do fine with 1-2 Phoenix. Personally finding the bosses aside from Stinger to be a bit meh, but it's up to you if you want to run them or not. Then, go run 1-3 Rescue Rat, since it can extend your combos, and effectively being extra copies of your Igknights if you play it right, and you should try running 2-3 Royal Magical Library. The draw and setup power it offer is immense.

 

As for extra deck, consider running Brotherhood of the FIre Fist, Lion Emperor or MX-Saber invoker as your rank 3, and definitely run Number 86.

Doesn't really seem worth it. I mean, Igknights take up a LOT of deck space, and the Extra Deck is pretty crammed as it is.

Being able to literally cut through your entire deck, summon a Rhongo preventing your opponent from summoning and basically making them lose if they lack Raigeki isn't worth it?

Oh, by the way, you run way too many R3s, R5s, and R6s, tbh.
 
And you can't even summon Norito here.

because if you key beetle an igknight, you can infinitely 1-card rota with the non-key beetle one

It allows you to prevent your scale from destroying itself. Thus, if you use the "destroy cards in your pendulum zones: search" effect of another Igknight scale, it will kill ONLY ITSELF, and due to rulings, still allow you to search. Thus, you can swap 1 Igknight from hand for another one into your deck, repeating it multiple times, thus dumping all of your Igknights into your Extra Deck.

There are only 6 LV4 Pendulum Igknights.

You need 4.

You can get any number of them into your extra deck that way.

So you can get 4 into the Extra Deck, set another scale (since 1 stays on forever) and resummon the 4?

As nice as it can be to draw out your entire deck and curb stomp your opponent, maybe the OP just wants their Igknight deck to actually be a build where both players can duel and something different than Key Beetle.dek?

Again I'll suggest: Dragoons of Draconia and Lancephorhyncus. White Elephant Gift could be useful too for draw power if you want more of that.

And what does Rhongo accomplish other than preventing Summoning for a single turn?

...um...exactly that? If they can't summon, they can only use Raigeki or something else to break through your field. And if they don't have that, you win next turn since if they can't Summon or Set, you face a completly empty board next turn...?

They can still set backrow and fuck you up that way.
