Considering an extra Bravogal.

YCM doesn't ask me for long essays on how my deck works, which is neat. So just ask for reasons and I'll explain. Not playing the Jewel Knight engine or Thing Saver out of preference though.

It's not a suggestion, rather a question: how is Claude working in the deck? I'm surprised how popular it became, and while Thing Saver builds obviously won't use it, any other Seeker decks gladly dropping it in. Is it really the striding? Wouldn't be 1 (or 2) Altmile better in this deck, especially with Sicilus?

Claude gives the deck a much appreciated way of yanking a Grade 3 out of the deck that you won't have to run into when you Triple Drive. I really like him for giving me the Stride fuel, but more to just get a Wingal out of the way.

I wouldn't say Altmile is "better" than Claude, but I did say I'd probably cut a Wingal for one. The Grade 3 cycling both Claude and Sicilus can provide together is really neat.

EDIT: In fact, let me add that I'm deciding to put that Altomile in.

With the searcher, I think it is nice to add 1 Altmile by removing 1 Wingal. You can easily search 1 Wingal by Claude, and with the Striders, it does really worth to add at least 1 Altmile to the deck. This tech could work really nice against Megacolony, which is, in my opinion, can be a really annoying anti-meta Deck in the post-FC2015 format. Both Claude and Altmile (w/ Sicilus) can prevent you from stunning.

 

I think the deck is nice as it is. You don't need another Bravogal in my opinion, as it is good only in the early game. You can try out 3 Bravogal by removing 1 Sicilus, but in my opinion, it is just too good (Sicilus) to not be played at 4.
