Everytime Night swears in a post do 10 sit ups. 2. Everytime Raeg posts something about Iar or Machismo's evil twin do 5 push ups 3. Everytime someone posts a thread about Rai do 5 dips 4. For every day Rai doesn't update his music thread, do 5 pull ups 5. Everytime someone posts in the wrong section do 5 chest flies. 6. Do 20 squats when someone posts a thread in showcase 7. Do 30 Lunges when someone brings drama to their status update 8. Everytime you feel someone is attention seeking do a 20 second plank 9. For every funny post do 60 jumping jacks 10.
