cr47t
Basically the title, post what do you usually do when your electiricty goes off at wherever you are, or what happened the last time you had a power outage. (Feel free to make FNAF1 jokes as long as its not done by everyone.)
宇佐見 蓮子@C94
I just turn on my cellphone/Vita/iPad/insert handheld device here and wait until my apartment's generator gets turned on.
Resident Fascist
In all seriousness, I pretty much just sit and solitaire or play a board game with someone.

The Amazing Avian
I have seasonal mini-blackouts every July. I kind of stock up on books.
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
If there's light? Then I just read. If not...um... honestly now that I think about it I haven't had power go out at night for any extended period of time.

Simping For Hina
I go organize/play with my MtG cards. I literally sold of all the cards that weren't in a deck or that I would never think of using. That was like 15,000 cards I got rid of. I end up now just figuring decks out and the mathematics of deck creation. It is so hard to create a solid 75 card list, but so rewarding.
Miror B
Read books. Sleep. Board games. Go out into the back yard with my dad and my brother so that we can all start beating the shit out of each other. You know, normal shit.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Generally, either try to play YGO against self with spare deck or draw stuff. Either that, or play some stuff on my 3DS/PSP (or Tetris on my GBA if the batteries hold up). If nothing else to do, just sleep early.

ihop
I haven't had a proper powercut, well, ever, with the longest one being for an hour tops many years ago, so I don't really know what I'd do if I had a lengthy one now. I'd probably do a combination of reading and hoping my DS/Phone battery is somewhat charged.

I have no heart to sell my cards because I'm a collector. I love the feeling of owning them. I'm very proud of my EDH collection. I don't have ALL the staples, but I'm getting there :

I'm very proud of my EDH collection. I don't have ALL the staples, but I'm getting there :3 I am a collector as well, but for cards i would actually use in Modern. I'll burrow my friends' decks for every other format besides Modern and Standard. I have a lot of the staples for Modern, and I just have fun with everything else. I love to go through my cards or loved to, but I realized that I only did it to have more payment into deck construction. I am egotistical about my abilities in those means, so the cards don't really have that amazing of range to keep up with.
Mugendramon
It's a race against time where the contenders are my laptop's battery life and my sanity. Also I live in an appartment building so I yell in the balcony and gather a decent sized party to play cards and drink mate.
Yosuke-kun
I go for a walk to see if it's just my apartments, or if it's the who neighborhood. Once I affirm that I'm not in a mini crisis, which I'm usually not, I go home and read/play 3ds/sleep/hang out with my family/do homework that doesn't require internet access. Usually sleep though. I'm only ever awake when I'm on my computer, at school, or using electronics and such.
Cierfrost
First is making sure anything important that isnt designed for sudden jolts or isnt in a surge protector/multitap is unplugged in the event of something stupid. Then I will either continue sleeping as power outages in Hawaii are far more common at night, or just do chores, play with the dogs... go outside. If I need to be doing something online, like a physical need- I will go to my local mcdonalds or starbucks where they have backup generators. cr47t
Responding to my own thingy. Probably play on my 3/2DS if it has battery if I don't have other stuff 2do, or maybe if that's out too, read or sleep. I haven't been in that kind of situation yet where I wasn't having a meal. Also bump.

Sethera
We have a backup generator attached to the internet in our house, so I could still use the internet and stuff for a few hours. Generally, I try and not just in case we need it for important stuff. Unless the timing's really bad in terms of battery life, then I can usually still go on my laptop or play handheld video games. If not, I usually just read, do some extra chores, cook, or go outside.
