BtanH
Card A - Nice Normal monster and gemini support, which is always nice. Works well as a tuner, with a special summon built in.Card B - Weird interactions with other tuners. Some of the wording is unneeded (you dont need the part about them controlling no tuners on the attack directly, because if they control a tuner the card will self destruct). Hand knowledge and attacking isn't really a tuner thing so it seems really weird.Vote goes to card A

JessicaMuddy
Card B is... really weird. It is a weak direct attacker with an attack-boosting effect, yet it gets destroyed if there are other Tuners, its weak self is destroyed. I don't really see where this card be useful. Card A has a nice, yet slightly abusive effect. You could, say, banish Blue-Eyes from your Grave, Summon any Synchro then get a free 3000 ATK beatstick. B is weak and honestly pretty useless, and A is a tiny bit abusable, but could see some fun plays. My vote is for Card A.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A supports Vanillas by setting up the banished zone with them, then reviving them later if it's used to Synchro Summon. Would go well with Common Charity to recover the monster you banished for it, or other things. Card B kills itself if another Tuner exists (on your end) and doesn't get much ATK power to start. Granted, you can see your opponent's hand; but as a general thing, it has too many gimmicks to really make it usable. If anything, you'd just use it to Synchro Summon whatever monster you need and that's it. Some Decks still run Tuners, but there are a few that don't, so there is some usage for this to work on its own, but in general, not really much use. --- Card A takes it in my eyes.
