I'm Sakura, the current lead moderator of Custom Cards (CC); and the lone Q&A / Intro mod. In terms of cardmaking, we have two sections if you've noticed: Casual and Advanced. Casual is basically for those of you who don't play competitively/meta-game, and essentially for Pop Culture things with some more leeway in design. Advanced factors in current trends in the card game, including new releases and banlists.
