Card B Pendulum effect: If you control another "Mysnailium" in your other Pendulum Zone, you can double this card's Scales, but if you do, when you Pendulum Summon, negate the effects of the Pendulum Summoned monsters, and while they are face-up on the field, they are treated as EARTH Aqua-type monsters. (this effect cannot be negated)Monster Effect: (This card is also always treated as a Plant-type monster) When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can place Spore Counters on face-up monsters on the field, up to the number of Aqua-type and Plant-type monsters you control. You can remove all Spore Counters from the field; Place this card (from your Extra Deck) in an unoccupied Pendulum Zone on your side of the field, and if you do: This card gains Scales equal to the number of Counters removed. Cirrus
Card A is a very cute design. It conveys the concept of "spear" and "scarabs" really well; it feels really visceral and nice to play this card out since it's so great at bashing for damage and generates tokens to keep bashing. It doesn't have any absurd synergy either and is just a joy to read, interact, and play with. The only flaws I can really point out are the broadness of the "leaves the field" clause and the perhaps slightly overhigh statline, but those are small revisions.Card B ... well, I had to read it a couple times through to understand what it does. Conceptually it's quite cool also; a pendulum that cares about more copies of itself and makes everything fungi! But it falls somewhat flat on its face in play, as practically the card doesn't have much value except being a free pendulum, making some of its effects seem excessive and durdly without much reward. I would have loved for the card to be more of a standalone performer, as it were.Overall, Card A edges out Card B in this case.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A summons a token when it's NSed or leaves the field; in this case, your opponent has to kill said Token first BEFORE getting to it, and taking 500 damage from the last effect. Then again, your opponent could just use effect removal if they really don't want to take burn; but really, is it worth wasting general removal cards just to block 500 damage. You know that it's still going to generate a Token when it goes out anyway, so... Piercing is nice though, and does give Insects something that they needed to an extent. --- Card B basically can turn into a Scale 6 if you have a duplicate copy, but negates their effects + treats them as EARTH Aqua-Type monsters. IMO, it doesn't really give you much leg room to do things; and unless you're going to Xyz that turn, not worth negating their effects. On another note, this card requires that you have a decent setup prepared for when you set the Spore counters + have this in your Extra Deck. Yes, it can reach a high Scale if things go right, but requires a lot of setup to be effective, and more/less is probably not worth it in the long run. It has a high reward, but the lead-up to it would be better used for other things that aren't as gimmicky. Card A takes it this time. (P.S. Striker, you forgot to rep voters in the previous matches)

BtanH
Card A has 4 different, largely unrelated effects along with very solid base stats. The token you create is also very strong individually. The card puts 3600 atk on the board when it is summoned. The 4 effects -Summoning a token on normal summon or removal,Inability to be attacked while you control a tokenAll insects inflict piercing damageBurn damage when insects are destroyed. This card feels clunky and like it has too many things slapped on.Card B is interesting. Pendulum isn't my area of expertise, but it looks like a pretty cool guy. It seems pretty weak, but it doesn't feel as crowded as Scarab Beetle. My vote goes to Card B

Forest Fire
Card B: Wouldn't this effect of card B: "If you control another "Mysnailium" in your other Pendulum Zone, you can double this card's Scales" make both Mysnailium have a scale of 6? If so, you can't pendulum summon anything in that situation. Card B turns everything Pendulum into Vanilla EARTH Aqua-Types. Ew. Why would you use that effect? Oh. I see. To raise the scales and then when it doubles you can Pendulum Summon. Cool. You could probably get out the God cards with that little bugger. Which isn't necessarily a good thing. Cause you get out extremely powerful monsters for no cost to you at all. Card A: While card A's effects have synergy with the name, they really don't have synergy with each other. The name kinda helps tie it together tho. Card A seems like it wants to be a Mecha Phantom Beast, but it (obviously) isn't; and I never liked swarm decks. Which is odd cause I kinda like Selesnya in MtG, but oh well. Card A seems (to me) to be more balanced, but Card B supports it's type better by allowing you to get monsters that would take a lot of effort to get out without it. Though it would turn those monsters into vanilla beaters. I vote for card B.

JessicaMuddy
Card B seems extremely gimmicky and only useful if you put lots of time into setting it up, and if you have multiple copies of it. Card A on the other hand is simple, useful fodder/ support for Insects. Also, piercing is extremely nice, and useful for a type like insects. My vote is for Card A. :)
