Jerry West
I don't know if this is an overpowered card or if it's balanced (I'd say it's a little bit of both), but I have actually used this card before in a Duel. This is a card I created, called "Baby Judgement Dragon":
Cosmo.
The OCG is good, but the thing that doesn't make sense is that it's a BABY Judgement Dragon, and it's much stronger than the original. I suggest to or make like an "Ultimate Judgement Dragon" or soemthing like that, with this sort of effect, r change this card's effect to something that would make summoning Judgement Dragon easier. Trebuchet MS
Here's the thing. Because its negation can work on either player's effects, and doesn't destroy the card, theoretically, it can negate its own field-wiping effect to stay on the field and make use of its other effects... Ultimately, it's already overkill. If you control Judgment Dragon and 3 other Lightsworns, why are you not winning yet?
Jerry West
I figured it was a bit too overkill. I usually have good OCG on a card when I make it. Do you think maybe this card should be a Fusion Monster with around 3900 ATK and 2100 DEF? Maybe it should only banish monsters whose ATK is less than 2000, rather than banishing every card on the field. I'll have to work on it some more. I came up with this card in less than 5 minutes, so I think it needs some changes.

I say give it something like 2300. 3900 is enough to topple most boss monsters (for little cost might I add). And as for banishing monsters whose ATK is less than 2000, I would say that should also be a no-go. Mass non-destruction removal like that is generally unfair because it is harder for the opponent to avoid that type of effect. Rather than just being a carbon copy of Judgment Dragon with buffs, I would like to suggest, like most baby version dragon monsters, perhaps give it an effect that retrieves a milled Judgment Dragon or a Judgment Dragon from the Graveyard or something of that sort. Keep in mind that this might be more flawed than making a super JD. Since, you know, right now the main risk of Lightsworns is to accidentally mill JD and making a card that can recycle it is kinda silly. As of now right now it's essentially a better stronger Sophia that is piss-easy to summon. My suggestion is to make it something else entirely, perhaps an LS recycler or something. Though they don't even need any kind of support right now.

Would maybe this effect work better: "If you control 2 or more face-up "Lightsworn" monsters, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon this card (from your Graveyard). When this card is Summoned: You can add 1 LIGHT Dragon-Type monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. Also, if this carrd is in your Graveyard; you can banish this card, then target 1 card on the field: Destroy that target. You can only use the effect of "Baby Judgement Dragon" once per turn." Is that a better effect?

Is that a better effect? It's a step in the right direction, but perhaps it could use some work. Maybe something like: 3/LIGHT/Dragon/Tuner 1000/600 While you control only "Lightsworn" monster(s), including a Level 4 Non-Tuner monster, you can discard 1 card; Special Summon this card (from your Graveyard), and if you do, banish it when it leaves the field. This card cannot be used for a Synchro Summon, except for the Synchro Summon of a "Lightsworn" monster, and only while you control no "Lightsworn" Synchro monsters. A "Lightsworn" Synchro monster that was Synchro Summoned using this card as a Synchro Material gains the following effect: - When this card is sent to the Graveyard, add 1 LIGHT Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. With this, you get the search, but it makes you buildup a little by working with Michael first. The banish part makes it so you don't just loop it continuously, and the restrictions basically prevent you from going easily into Yazi and Moonlight Rose Dragon, which would be a little much in Lightsworn for how oppressive they are in addition to summoning 2 or 3 Micheal in 1 turn. There's a little more into it and maybe someone else will have an additional suggestion, but this is what I got to say for now
Jerry West
Thanx. I've really been trying to improve my Lightsworn Deck, so I decided that maybe this card would help.
VampireofDarkness
Thanx. I've really been trying to improve my Lightsworn Deck, so I decided that maybe this card would help. Well, with the Rulers banned as of April, it would give what the Deck needs to replace Eclipse Wyvern since waiting for Collapserpents doesn't sound ideal at all. It's not quite as good, but it's as fair of a replacement for Eclipse Wyvern as you can get
Jerry West
Maybe I could make a card similar to Eclipse Wyvern. I could call it "Eclipse Ray Wyvern", maybe give it this effect: During your opponent's turn, when this monster leaves the field (except when it is banished from the field); banish this card, then target 1 Dragon-Type monster in your Deck or Graveyard whose Level is less than or equal to the number of Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard with different names: Add that target to your hand. You can only use the effect of "Eclipse Ray Wyvern" once per turn. I think that would be a good effect. What do you think?
