bury the year
Omelette. Specifically with no vegetables, a bit of sesame and chili oil and as close to the thinness of a sheet of paper as you can get. Then rolled up and served on noodles....yeah, eggs are dinner food for me.
Flame Dragon
Put me on the scrambled train as well. Though apparently they aren't good for you. Also like hard-boiled which are good for you, so I can still get my egg fix and be really healthy at the same time.

It's like people saying microwaving for increases the calorie count or something. It doesn't add up.

See thing with eggs, is they basically go back and forth between if they are healthy or not every year.

Based on what he was telling me, the different ways to cook eggs causes the nutritional value of the egg to change. Again, not sure how it works and would need to ask him. G4hardcore
Scrambled eggs. With sweet onions, if I can get 'em. Chopped bacon in there too. Omelets are good too, filled with a stir fry of bacon and ham and shredded cheddar cheese. Mm... I'm hungry. Damn you.
