During your opponents Standby Phase; select one monster they control; it loses 500 ATK after each Standby Phase. If the monsters ATK reaches 0 due to this cards effect, destroy it and inflict damage to your opponents life points equal to the original ATK of the selected monster.

Smile Dog seems OP, but not insanely, and Slenderman seems OP only because he only requires two (but I could be wrong). They're definitely good cards. The one I really think is OP is Ticci Toby. If I were to recommend a different effect:

If this card is tribute for a monster that is Level 7 or higher, you may Special Summon this monster from the grave after it is used as a tribute.

Only reason I recommend this is because he's Level 4; I'd be okay with that original ability if his Level was 6 or higher.

i'd love to see more of the CP's in here

Follow the Advanced Clause; you have to give some degree of comment regarding its design.

---

Ticci Toby is a 2000 ATK beatstick that acts like a Dark Hole when used to Tribute Summon. Yeah, just no; even if backrow does exist.

Lower its ATK to 1600 or something.

Smile Dog is a double Mirror Force when Flip Summoned; your opponent blows up but then you do as well. (Although you could just leave your stuff in Defense Position, and not worry).

Slenderman would be impossible to summon, based on requirements (he's R6, but his requirements dictate for an R4). Then again, it just generates more beatsticks

and is still 101/Castel-bait.

For Smile Dog, Fiend-Beast isn't a real Type; even though it's comprised of 2 real ones.

Just choose 1 of them to be the printed Type, and if you really need it to be the other one, use this effect: "This card's Type is also treated as (X)", with (X) being the other one.

BTW, a word about the bump rule in this section.

You may BUMP your thread once every 24+ hours.

Keep this in mind for next time.
