(2) If you control “Toon World” and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. (3) If this card attacks: Your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. (4) If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. Probably going to be the boss monster for Toons. It's too bad that you can't use the Geartown combo anymore, since you could just replace Geartown with Kingdom and get this guy, maybe a situational combo, but it would have been fun. Anyway, 3K direct attacker plus targeting and battle/effect protection with the field up is going to be a pain, though getting this guy out can be a problem. The easiest way is probably to use Summon Toon Cyber Dragon, then use Stormforth and Tribute Summon this card. I do hope that we get some other way to bring out Toons fast though. True, though you are limiting yourself to other monsters you control not being able to attack either, which could potentially be a problem. Soul Exchange does have another advantage though, that being that it doesn't have to be only from Tribute Summons, just Tributing in general, meaning that you can use the "not actually a Tribute Summon, but a Special Summon that works like a Tribute Summon" thing that some of them have.
