Card A

pkI3PaL.jpg

When a Monster you control is removed from the field: Discard 1 card from your hand, then afterwards return that monster to your Deck; shuffle your Deck, then afterwards draw 1 card.

Card B

Synchro Summon 1 Level 7 or lower WIND monster from your Extra Deck by shuffling monsters, from your side of the field, your Graveyard or that are banished, into the Deck as Synchro Materials. You can only activate 1 "Speed Tuning" per turn.

Card A basically forces you to discard a card; shuffle said monster into Deck and draw a new one.

It's nice for reusing monsters used to Fusion/Synchro Summon things from the field; and also works against removal things.

Or in the case of Nomi monsters and the like; can be used to put them back in the Deck to be re-summoned.

Card B is designed to spam Clear Wing Synchro Dragon or whatever L7 and under WIND Synchros that are still useful right now.

Right now, any valid targets are restricted to Dragunity/Gustos for the most part, that other one Yugo used (Hyperspeed Roid Dahma) and other random things.

Essentially, it's like Parallel World Fusion; except for any L7 and under WIND Synchros + uses the Graveyard/banished zone if needed for resources.

-------

Personally, I think card B would be much more effective; especially for the latter Archetype; but card A does have its usages for what it does; even if it does end up as a +0/-1 at times.

So, that's where my vote goes this time: card B.

Here goes.
I have major problems with Card B. Being able to freely choose from three big resource areas in the game makes it extremely adaptable. It restricts itself but outside of that you can do anything essentially. Even if it were only Clear Wing, it is quite a powerful and generic Synchro, and freely throwing it out like this could be dangerous.
But there's more. That D/D/D Synchro. A lot of Daigustos including freaking Sphreez and a bunch of Dragunities. Bringing so much versatility with a single card is just poor design.
Card A is a -1 that could do interesting things, but needs a specific trigger. It's a fairer card.
Vote for Card A.

Card A is an interesting idea - this card could have seen some great usages in the past, and is still not bad against cards like Karma Cut. It can help you recover key resources, such as the coveted Gladiator Beast Bestiari in duels of yesteryear- and is generally a versatile card.

Card B is something I dislike greatly as a design because level 7- WIND Synchros are heretoforth not allowed to be good any more. The power of this card is a blight upon the design space as well as the wider game. Why is there no limitation aside from OPT? This feels like an anime card. You can use resources from any zone that isn't the Deck or Hand! What.

My vote, as is probably clear, goes to Card A.
