Well, it's an interesting idea. Rank 3s don't get all too much love, and the Djinns playing off of each other is a rather fun casual strategy.

First, I would add a written list of your cards. The only card I didn't recognize was Risebell, which I doubt many people would.

Also, the Level Limits and Gravity Binds won't do much help, considering many decks run Xyzs in some capacity.

Peten the dark clown is so good with tour guide for easy R3's, why aren't you running him?

Peten misses timing if he's detached, and while he is ok as a stall option if you didn't get TGU, it's inferior to Scarm's bigger ass that will very likely get you your next TGU (even though Scarm kills himself on a whim). Also, Peten is a Spellcaster. There's still Crane though.

 

As for the Deck, thoughts on Vulcan the Divine? You bounce an opponent's faceup while getting to re-use a CotH, which sounds nice in theory, even if you're going to play CotH to get Vulcan. Also, the TGU->Scarm engine is really nice for R3s.
