Simping For Hina
Hypnotic Siren is the same thing as Triton Shorestalker, but with a notable ability in the late game. I think Military Intelligence is a "get there" card since you have to work incredibly hard to make it actually good. It takes away from everything else. Your draw power is relevant in almost every game where every card is relevant. 4 Thassa is too much since you don't have a UU two drop.

The first is that Triton Shorestalker definitely isn't the same thing as Hypnotic Siren. Triton Shorestalker attacks through Mantis Rider, Stormbreath Dragon (and whatever flying crap comes into Standard because of the dragon set). The second is that against other matchups, you'd rather win by dropping a Hypnotic Siren bomb (which I think is true of Whip matchups, but we're ludicrously favoured post board). This is one I'll have to think on more. There's a really big nuance between the two cards, especially after DTK.I think Military Intelligence overall takes less effort to activate than Bident. Bident's better later, but we're the aggressor far more often game 1, and Bident tends to be slow. You want some split of Military Intelligence and Bident. I wouldn't dare run more than 2 though, because it's a 'get there' card, as you say.Yeah, 4 Thassa's a legitimate concern. Minus a Thassa, and weirdly, I think it's correct to replace with a Ghostfire Blade. I'm running 16 colourless creatures (kinda, obviously Cloudform is the only reliably actually colourless one), and it makes for a very useful 9th turn 1 play (I think having 9 is the ideal number rather than 8).Edit: Also, Profaner of the Dead is probably stronger than Dissolve in side. I can't actually think of many match-ups where Dissolve comes in, but Profaner of the Dead definitely comes in against Jeskai Tokens and GW Devotion). Flame Dragon
I'm not sure how good the Shorestalkers are. They are horrible late game and are such a slow clock in the early game. You say Siren isn't getting through Mantis Rider, but Shorestalker sure isn't going to be able to race it. Not to mention I think Riders seeing a fair bit less play of late. I think Siren is a better card to play. That or increase the number of Halls.I'm also not sold on Frost Walker with token decks just blanking him. While I don't think you should cut all of them, playing some Sorcerer main deck seems good. You have the 1/1 idiots to eat so getting the exploit to go off shouldn't be that bad. Plus, at worse, its still Cancel.I do feel that some number of Icefall Regents should be in the deck. The deck can't match the aggressive potential old mono-u had so slowing it down a bit and adding more mid game cards like Icefall could be really strong. I'm not 100% convinced yet, but it's looking to go that way soon. The only other problem with Hypnotic Siren is that being an enchantment creature is a legitimate and noticeable downside.I think Sorcerer's better sided, which is where I've stuck them. Sure, Sorcerer's better at beating the Abzan and GW Devotion decks, but the other three-drop, Cloudform, is much better against basically all of the one- and two-mana removal (especially with Roast and Ultimate Price, post-DTK) and also against the times when Outpost Siege gets played in Dragons mode. Still, I can see the appeal of maining Sorcerer. Might happen, depends on what the meta ends up looking like. Indeed, your comment about Icefall Regent also applies here. It might turn out that mono-blue devotion actually wants to be a more reactive by playing Sorcerer and Icefall. We shall see.Frost Walker's probably one of the best cards in the deck, I think. I mean, you pretty much always side them out against Jeskai Tokens (for counterspells, and staying power like Hall of Triumph or Icefall Regent), but I think you keep it against any black decks, because it minimises Bile Blight pretty well (and activates your Stubborn Denials).Edit: It might be that Reality Shift either wants to be Dissolve or Icefall Regent. There's very little that Reality Shift answers that siding in 4 Encase in Ice and 2 Silumgar Sorcerer won't answer.
Simping For Hina
Disdainful Stroke is an answer to most of these decks problems, which is what you're worried about. Silumgar, Siege Rhino, Whip, and most of Ux Control are solved by this one card. Military intelligence is the card that is holding you back as I mentioned, but I think that having two Disdainful Stroke above Military Intelligence plays a higher role in the game as your mana falls behind a curve and when you reach the point where you're able to play 2 spells per turn. I like the addition of Ghostfire Blade since it provides a mean to race the faster decks of the field, which is why you would use Shorestalkers (Just a bad card is most means, sorry man.) Ghostfire provides more of a presence and still something that can come from behind when you are behind. You could try a singleton of Monastery Siege for the disruption that you are worried about in many of the grindy matchups that you are focused on, though. It solves some of the deck's issues while also providing another card on curve with Thassa.

As for the change, I'm not sure. it depends on what match ups you need more sideboard help from. I'd lean towards Icefall since Sorcerer can still just be played as a counterspell. On that note, how much better would Dissolve be than Sorcerer? I'd guess Sorcerer gets cast more as a Cancel than a 2/1 that upgrades a token or 1/1, but that is also an option if you want more counters. Certainly helps Lurker a fair bit, even when your paying the full amount.

That is the strong part of it, and why it impacts the deck.
.Rai
Minor adjustments, Triton Shorestalker replaced by Hypnotic Siren, and Mirror Mockeries in the side replaced by another 2 Silumgar Sorcerer. The non-creature package of 2 Military Intelligence, 1 Bident, 1 Hall, 1 Ghostfire is a support package that still needs a lot of firming up. Military Intelligence is particularly good for getting that extra point of early devotion, but it's possibly just too much work and less consistently good than Bident. I was considering Icefall Regents in that slot, but that seems too slow.Edit: Added a splash green variant.
