I don't understand your Reasoning with 3 Chiwen/1 Jiatou when imo Jiatou is the better card. I think in Yang Zing Sephira they should be run 2/2. I would also drop Supply for Bi'an - I've never liked 3 Supply in Yang Zings, and Bi'an just opens options up. People say he's one of the worst Zings but personally I think he's one of the best.
