[MTG] Dragonlord's Prerogative

Rare Opportunity with a slight upside (that won't even be that relevant because I don't remember people countering Opportunity).

Not exciting. Expect for the art.

Thats actually an interesting point. Draw spells in general aren't the thing people counter. I'm sure its uncounterability will be relevant some amount of time, but all it does is add a wall of text that will rarely be important.

Yea, might just be me, but a lot of rares/mythics have been let downs.

Well there is Stubborn denial of you're against anything that can use blue and has decent attack things. And for 1 mana being able to turn a +3 on your opponents hand to a -1 is ok... ish.

God, I can't ever imagine wanting another Limited format with a Opportunity variant at uncommon. I know M14 was slow and all, but it's pretty broke anyway. I'm pretty happy with this. And, I think this is one of the best pieces of art Seb McKinnon has done for Magic, except for maybe Grim Return.

There are certainly times when you'd want to counter the draw spell, but you'd much rather save them for the threat or, in the case of Stubborn Denial, their counter.

Fair point this might be too good at uncommon for limited purposes. Still can't help but be disappointed to have this as my rare in a pack.
