2 Level 4 monsters

If you have less Life Points than your opponent, you can also Xyz Summon this card using 1 Level 4 monster you control as the Xyz Material. When this card inflict battle damage to your opponent: Gain Life Points equal to the battle damage inflicted. Once per turn, when you gain Life Points: You can draw 1 card. Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this turn, it can attack your opponent directly. You can only control 1 "Soulink Apprentice".

[background=rgb(251,253,254)]Card B[/background]

[background=rgb(251,253,254)]2i8vzpe.jpg[/background]

Once per turn, you can either: Target 1 face-up LIGHT Monster you control; equip this card to that target, OR: Unequip this card and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. While equipped by this effect, the equipped Monster gains 300 ATK and when the equipped Monster inflicts battle damage to the opponent: Gain LP equal to the battle damage inflicted. If this card is not equipped to a Monster and is in face-up Attack Position: Gain 500 LP at each of your Standby Phases. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle, destroy this card instead.)

Card b is lacklustre and card a has the terrible design of "oh dear I'm losing slightly, gets a free 1400 damage on the opponent, gains 1400 themselves and then draws a card" so card A seems kinda broke in design terms, ocg is slightly off IMO as well in places.
However, I find card A to be more interesting whereas card b is really bland and would never be used.
Card A gets my vote.

Plus, card b is the freaking angel of rebirth but doesn't have any interaction with the graveyard!?

Can you talk more about Card B, please?

It's lacklustre because it doesn't do much and will generally consume your NS, and if you would run this, I think its a bit outclassed by honest.
The LP gain is small and doesn't help much.
So overall
Slow
Boring in design
Small lp gain
Small atk gain
Sitting duck if not equipped/ lower attack than A
Requires more setup than A

My vote goes to Card A because I think it can be more useful in the card game. Might have some wording mistakes. Has a good amount of LP gain and is easier to get to the field while Card B is slower because you require a LIGHT monster and LP gain is small

Therefore, my vote goes to Card A (I'm guessing that's Noel's card?!)

Card A basically becomes a 1-mat Xyz IF you're losing in terms of LP and can direct attack, which triggers both its draw effect AND LP restoration.

That being said, its ATK/DEF aren't exactly the best thing for a R4; being run over by many common Level 4 or lower monsters.

At most, you can get 1 use of the effect off, and that's probably it; but 1400 damage still hurts, no matter how it's dealt, and that much LP restoration is always nice in pinch situations.

Though you could also boost her ATK with Equip Cards to increase damage output, but outside of NKs, no Deck really utilizes them. (There are some for Spellcasters and generic ones, yes, but not worth running nowadays, and better off used for backrow space).

----

Card B grants a small ATK boost and a bit of LP based on how much damage you can deal to the opponent with the added power. OR you leave this as a 1200 ATK body and regain 500 LP.

To be honest, the effect really doesn't help that much, unless you either direct attack the opponent. The Standby Phase one is alright, but doing so leaves it vulnerable to attacks.

Name-wise, it doesn't reflect revival at all, so points lost for flavor there.

So, Card A takes it in this case for being more useable (balance was factored in here; both are fine).
