SHINI [THE CHAOS]
Hey' date=' thats a good thing to consider as well. You can still run 3 Cauis, only 1 Raiza.[/size'] No, it's completely irrelevant to which card is better. lol I Know :?

God GAK
Raiza>Caius Caius just removes 1 monster from play. -> -1Raiza t/d's one card from the field. -> -2 because it is -1 monster on the field and 1 dead draw.

HORUS
Raiza is better because RFP = Graveyard Caius is better because Hand = Deck I don't think theres any clear "better" Monarch.

CrabHelmet
PWWB could have been replaced by Raigeki Break in that scenario, and nothing would have been different.

Mutant Monster RAEG-HAPYP
I can't really decide because monarchs have good effets but if I had to pick, Raiza because he can help you out when the opponet has somthing like Chimeratech out. The Dark One
As was just said, spinning is no longer useful in a format where the average deck runs 6 draw 2 cards. Non Monarch is fast enough anymore, but if you had to choose, Thestalos, because if you're lucky, he can get rid of the DAD your opponent will surely have sitting in his/her hand.
