CommanderVolt
Mardu Storm Tactics - Enchament 2R Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, it gets +2/+0 until end of turn Creature Cards you own have Dash 3BR (You may cast a creature spell for it's dash cost. If you do, it gains haste, and it's returned from the battlefield to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.)
Simping For Hina
If this was rare, you could lower the Dash cast to 1WBR. It costs less, but it more mana intensive.

I was debating whether I should make it a full Mardu Color for the Dash mechanic. Another member said that I should make the Dash cost the creatures CMC but only allow the mana spent to be Mardu Colors..
Simping For Hina
That would be too complicated for wording. Simplicity is the best for things, and this makes it more fun to play in most formats. Would be hella strong in EDH, too.

Well, my original thought was 2WBR, but then I dropped the white to keep it closer to Kolaghan. Also note that there are no Mardu Cards with white in it that possess the Dash Mechanic. This also brought me some concerns.
