Progenitor
Lore: 2 Tuners + "Red Dragon Archfiend" This card gains 500 ATK for each Tuner monster in your Graveyard. Cannot be destroyed by an opponent's card effects. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can target the attacking monster; banish this card, and if you do, negate that attack. During the next End Phase: Special Summon this card banished by this effect. I love this card to death, and it is actually kinda viable. it always has at least 5000 attack barring grave removal and can't be destroyed by car effects. Most decks have at least some way over this nowadays, whether it is setting Shaddoll Dragon or making 101 / Castel, but this card can still wreak some major havoc when it's out. Plus it gets over Quasar. 2 Stronk
heraldry_lord
It'd be better if RDA was a better Synchro IMO. Also, as you said, it's not that hard to get rid of it. I hope they give us more Double Tuning Synchros; it puts a neat spin on the mechanic.
Valkyrus
Beelze outclasses this badly though unless you're pushing for game. If RDA didn't need to attack to activate its effect, like HRDA, it would have made this considerably better. Or if you could use HRDA as material instead of course. Personally I give it way more style points than Beelze though. What deck can make this most efficiently btw? I can make him in Sanctuary Agents with a little setup. Can the new Synchron decks make this easily?
Progenitor
Resonators can do it somewhat easily if you throw in some emergency teleports and some level 5 spam monsters like Garbage Lord. Also it lets you use Red Carpet late game to make it should you run resonators. However that type of deck can do little more than just make nova. iCherries
konami when the hell is the resonator structure deckMy only problem with this card is the same that I've always had: it needs a mediocre Level 8. It gets over Quasar with sheer power alone, but making it against a once-per-turn Solemn doesn't sound all too appealing. Especially with Rekindling to 1, you can't pull the wombo combo out of your ass as consistently.Meh. Jack was shafted hard compared to Yusei. Progenitor
Resonators have a lot of potential, but they are just so slow. what they need is: A non tuner that can change it's level freely and could possibly be spammable. More spammable Resonators like Creation Resonator. All the other ones are either too slow or not viable More searchers cuz tour guide is too good for synchros. Like they have their own ROTA, a card that kills stuff when you synchro, AND as recycler that lets you add ANY level 4 straight from your deck. Plus Red Carpet can make Nova or help make Shooting star from nowhere just for having a Dragon Synchro. They just need some better monsters and they can take off. vla1ne
psychic decks can make this pretty easily if you run a floaty tuner variant. power well + E-tele make him ridiculously easy.
