The rulings that apply for "Pharaoh's Treasure", apply also for the "Pharaoh's Treasure 2".

This has the same problems as the original.

 

Adding face-up to the deck creates awkward problems. It is either A) Severely too manipulable, either by you or your opponent, or B) If A doesn't happen, it is too random to be of any actual legit use.

 

It's why Konami has strayed away from face-up cards in the deck, and why Wiretap lost that function.
