Forest Fire Posted February 5, 2015 Report Share Posted February 5, 2015 Must be Special Summoned by the effect of a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. This card gains 100 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to it. When this card is Special Summoned: Attach a number of cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to this card as Xyz Materials, equal to the difference in Ranks between this card and 1 face-up Xyz Monster your opponent controls. When an Xyz Monster is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field: Attach a number of cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to this card as Xyz Materials, equal to the difference in Ranks between this card and that monster. What the fuck Konami? This is one of the only Rank 13 monsters in the anime, the other one that I could find being this thing: 5 Level 13 monsters Cannot be destroyed by battle except with "Number" monsters. When a "Number C1000: Numerroniusen" you control is destroyed: You can Xyz Summon this card from your Extra Deck, by using it as the Xyz Material. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects, or declare an attack. Your opponent cannot target other monsters for an attack. During your opponent's End Phase, if your opponent did not declare an attack this turn, they lose the Duel. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate that attack, and if you do, gain Life Points equal to that monster's ATK. The first one is basically: mill your opponent out of cards while beating them to death. (if they xyz summon after it's out, which they wouldn't) so it turns into an over 5k beat stick. The second one is basically: attack this or die, and if you do attack it ain't gonna do jack shit. In case you're wonder what C1000 does, here it is: 5 Level 12 monsters Cannot be destroyed by battle except with "Number" monsters. Negate the effects of all "C" monsters your opponent controls, also they cannot attack. At the end of the Battle Phase: Destroy all monsters your opponent controls, then Special Summon from either Graveyard, as many monsters as possible that were sent from the field to the Graveyard(s) this turn, to your side of the field in face-up Defense Position. If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy 1 other monster you control instead. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster on the field; destroy that target, then choose 1 "C" monster in the Extra Deck of the destroyed monster's controller and Special Summon it to their side of the field, ignoring the Summoning conditions. And even in the anime, the only Rank 13s are the ultimate trump cards of the Astral and Barian Worlds. Don't even think of C1000 and CiNo.1000 as even trying to be fair. Don Thousand's entire Deck was so stupidly OP and practically cheating that it was almost comical. Then again, cards having an original ATK of 10,000, and the upgrade having original stats of 100,000, which breaks every convention about card stats ever shown in the anime should give the hint (max original ATK/DEF has never been over 5000, infinite not counting).
