Just Crouton
Based on Android: Netrunner and Shadowrun. In very rough stages. CyberCity is about a crime-ridden city in the future where crime, physical and cyber, are rampant, and the cops and politicians are corrupt as crap. Basically, every cyberpunk story ever written. Red: Anarchists, terrorists, rebels, hackers, general carnage Blue: Hackers, androids, cyborgs, computer programs White: Authority, government, police, counter-hacking (maybe for UW) Black: Crime bosses, prostitutes, drug-dealers, thugs Green: Military? Cloning? Black/White: Corrupt cops and politicians, anti-heroes Blue/White: Cyborg cops New keywords so far Hacking (mainly red and blue): Computer hacking. Attacks the opponent's library by messing up their draws. Heist (exclusive to black): Crime-related. When creature with Heist attacks, forces the opponent to either pay a certain amount of mana to block, or take a certain amount of damage in addition to not being able to block that one attack. Order (exclusive to white): Law enforcement. Haven't finalized yet, but probably "pay (#mana), and exile target creature with less power that this attacking creature." Possibly a UW keyword for "tracing" the opponent's creatures that have hacked which screws over the opponent.
Dwarven Anarchist Hack T3: (Reveal the top 3 cards on target opponent’s library, and choose 1 of those cards with a converted mana cost less than this card. Exile the chosen card, then place the rest on either the top or bottom of the opponent’s library.) “A little carnage to get the night started.”

Arson Destroy target land. Arson deals 5 damage to that land’s controller. “All it takes is a spark.”

HAX, Master Hacker Hack TX: (Reveal the top X cards on target opponent’s library, and choose 1 non-land from those cards with a converted mana cost less than this card. Exile the chosen card, then place the rest on either the top or bottom of the opponent’s library in any order.) “It’ll take years to fix the system when I’m done.”

Saturday Night Streetwalker During your upkeep, discard a card. At the end of your turns, draw a card. Your opponent may pay 3 to gain control of Saturday Night Streetwalker.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Hack, as well as both cards with it, is an extremely weak mechanic. Yes, it could take out threats, but at the same time you are using mana to do nothing to the board or hand. Furthermore, the templating on it is nonfunctional, as the number of cards that you look at is not defined outside of reminder text. It would be better implemented as 'Hack X (tap: Reveal the top X cards on target opponent’s library, where x is this creature's CMC and choose 1 non-land from those cards with a converted mana cost less than this card. Exile the chosen card, then place the rest on either the top or bottom of the opponent’s library in any order.)' This is typically how keywords are set up. My new wording also removed a mana cost, since the cost pretty much made the mechanic unplayable. Arson is a nearly strictly-better Stone Rain, and is too efficient on both the land destruction and damage front. To be printed as-is, it would need to have a CMC of around 6. Saturday Night Streetwalker gives you a turn-based looting effect that can be stolen at the cost of some life that doesn't really matter. EXTREMELY weak.
