I Hate Snatch Steal
Yes, "Phasing" is a real keyword in MtG 1U: You may have this creature deal 2 damage to target creature or planeswalker. Phase out this creature, and phase it in at end of turn (While a permanent is Phased out, it is treated as though it doesn’t exist. This ends when the permanent that was phased out is phased in. Any cards attached to a permanent phase in and out with it.). Yes, I know being able to damage a planeswalker specifically is unconventional, but I find planeswalkers really annoying and overpowered so being able to ping them is nice. This ends when the permanent that was phased out is phased in. Any cards attached to a permanent phase in and out with it.). When this creature is phased in it gains +0/+1 until end of turn and you may remove target attacking creature from combat. Note that "remove from combat" is NOT exile [remove from game]. Its a term used in the rules text of regenerate, among other things 1U: Phase out this creature, and phase it in at end of turn (While a permanent is Phased out, it is treated as though it doesn’t exist. T Remove 2 charge counters from this creature: Destroy target enchantment. This ends when the permanent that was phased out is phased in. Any cards attached to a permanent phase in and out with it.). When this or another creature phases in, you may have this creature deal 3 damage to target creature or planeswalker. If this creature phases in during combat, prevent all combat damage that wold be dealt to it this turn and it is unblockable this turn. Poc
Blue doesnt get direct damage, enchantment removal, or damage prevention effects. Also, you don't need the "deal damage to planeswalkers" clause, You can redirect any damage you do to a player to a planeswalker.
Trebuchet MS
The PW hate is real, despite this player's love for blue. But did you know you can just throw a simple Negate at them? It's a lot more flexible if the creature can just hit players when there're no planeswalkers to strike. Also, colour pie breaking. Direct damage is more of a red thing, damage prevention a white thing, and enchantment destruction a green/white gimmick. (Yes, I understand there are some blue burn spells, but those are very old cards before they established each colour's quirks.) You could either make them the appropriate colour, or change their phasing abilities to require the appropriate colour.
