Pretty much need a new Deck for RL stuff, and I really don't want to be shelling out money for stuff like BAs, Qlips, Shaddolls and other stuff.

Thanks to Nai for suggesting the idea (right now, the pieces are pretty cheap at the dealership; so shouldn't be as expensive as my MPB one)

 

Well, said Deck was about $16-18, factoring in a lot of Extra Deck things + buying half the members, but let's not stray off-topic from this one.

Basically, the idea is to Creature Swap monsters in red; kill them in battle, SS Midfielder/Ace, exchange them for the other ones when needed.

Not really sure if Feast/RoTA's ratios should be reversed though; considering adding a 3rd RoTA, but I don't know.

 

Should have a sizable amount of Level 4 Warriors to warrant maxing it out.

 

Was going to add Earth Armor because it can fuel into R5s (if I ever go into it), but since I probably won't be Extra Deck Summoning that often, left it as a side option (might not include it).

 

Extra Deck space is expensive, so basically keeping it simplistic for now (Durendal and Shark Fortress; Adreus/Tiras are still too pricy)

Considering adding 12 as another option, but don't think he'll add much to the Deck. Would include 14 if it were available.

Reps provided for helpful comments that I can use to fine-tune this before I go and order the parts.

I believe three of the field spell is needed.

3 RoTA is needed to get stuff you can actually Normal Summon and what not to trigger the field Spell. 

Perfect Ace > Goal Keeper

Drop one Goal Keeper, add a third Perfect Ace.

For Creature Swap to be one of this decks' (well, your variant) main gimmicks, I would think you would run three of it.

You deck really needs MST at 3 as well, as you die to Vanity's and many other things.

3 of 3 floaters feels redundant and too reliant on battle. Cutting it down to just 4(if only 2 Creature Swaps)-5 instead of nine should be fine, and would allow more room for needed stuff in the main deck.

I don't know a whole lot about the newest U.A.s so I can't help there, but.

Also, yes- swap the ratios for the RoTA and Feast.

Yeah, I figured a 3rd RoTA would be needed.

Probably can rip a couple out of that 5DS1 Deck, since it's not being used as much (and I more/less dismantled it). I know I have a ton of spares from old structures last time I checked.

 

For MST, I probably have some scrap copies lying around in my binder; but yeah Vanity's will kick my ass because of lack of removal.

Not sure if I have 3; otherwise 2 will probably have to cut it for now. [I recall that CyDra deck has a copy, if I didn't already use it for another Deck]

 

(Again, I probably have some from starter decks; probably not mint in some cases [older], but they're going to be in sleeves anyway once built, so I won't mind too much.)

  • Got rid of the Giant Rats, since I can't search them well enough anyway (outside of themselves being killed).
  • Trimmed Wasteland to 2 each; so should be 5 searchers that I Creature Swap away, destroy and SS stuff.
  • Replaced a Goalkeeper for that 3rd Ace.

 

As for BTS, I only have 1 copy of said card right now; any possible replacements for it?

 

 

After the changes, there's 42 cards in it [but I don't mind being a little over; I usually run 40-42, maybe 43 cards (depends) in most of my Decks].

I meant Bottomless for this Deck, but yeah I only have 1 copy of Breakthrough also (however, not present in here)

(Note to self, BTH = Bottomless and BTS = Breakthrough)

 

Fiendish Chain, I do have a copy of (from the Blue-Eyes starter; I don't think my MPBs will miss it too much)

 

D-Prison, I can rip out of that CyDra one (I never used it in there anyway; or at least didn't draw it). Right now around $4-8 each for copies from said Deck.

My last advice is 1-2 Terraformings, but you don't quite have room for them.

Maybe drop the two Continuous Traps that support Warriors or whatever, they never seemed THAT good whereas you need to hit the Field Spell as fast as you can in this deck.

You could also be silly and add Snatch Steal and a Hidden Armory

Actually, you'd need around 2 terraforming too if you can. Getting that Stadium + Midfielder setup early on is really ideal. You should also try running Monarch Storm Forth, it's a common from DUEA so it should be easy to get if you can find them.

 

If you can get them for cheap, try Trapstuns. Also, not exactly a fan of that many recruiters+swap, but since chances are you won't be able to access TGU-Scarm-Invoker, I guess they're a nice enough replacement.

Yeah, let's get rid of the Battleguard Roars and replace them with Terraforming.

Those two should be relatively cheap; or I should already have them somewhere.

As for Trap Stuns, they're currently on the pricey side; but I know I have a common RGBT one.

 

 

Yeah, TGU and Invoker are a pain in the ass right now. I have some Scarms but can't really do much with them as is.

 

The recruiter stuff will have to do for a while.

(Realistically, I'm not really fond of a Deck with a lot of high Levels in the main; but since they can SS themselves by bouncing others, I guess it shouldn't be too bad)

in my opinion, UA tactics down to 1, i find it cloggy, 

-1 Feast of lvl5

-1 creature swap

+the 2 monarch stormforth, they get rid of pesky monsters that you cant get over like Shaddolls and great way to get rid of opponents monster presence on board

-all trap cards and if you want to run any just do 3 royal decree

 

This deck can be explosive, so the need for defensive traps in unnecessary

Considering my Extra Deck is relatively small here, Stormforth's ED deck lock shouldn't bother me.

It's just there as a luxury if I need to make things; probably won't use it (which makes me happy that I don't have to shell out more money for expensive EDs)

 

If Tactics is really cloggy, I can just remove 1 of them.

That and 1 copy of Feast can go, and I can sub the 2 Stormforths in. Creature Swap might stay/go, should probably test it a bit more.

 

 

As for the Traps, might have to use Trap Stun or something like that (assuming I don't find any spare Decrees in card binder).

Basically have some Traps as something to fall back in, if things go wrong.
