Toffee.
Before anyone complains that these aren't counterparts of existing monsters, that's why they are Toonlords. They are an expansion of an existing Archetype that goes about doings things in there own way; Like how we have Flamvell and Neo Flamvell, Genex and R-Genex, etc.Furthermore, if these WERE counterparts, then they would be forced to stick to the original card's plan, and that, honestly, is why Toons were doomed to suck; They were basically counterparts of random/mediocre cards. Except Toon Dark Magician Girl, but only because that one can actually attack the turn you play it. But that's another story. So with that in mind, the goal of these is to not only improve the original Toon concept, but also prove to be effective supporters in there own right that can not only function by themselves, but also work with the originals, and just be a big improvement overall. So..... Here they are:If this card is Summoned, you can activate 1 "Toon" Spell/Trap card from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. This effect of "Toonlord Comical Cat" can only be activated once per turn. During a turn in which you activated a "Toon World", you can Special Summon this card(from your hand). If this card is Summoned in this way, this card gains 400 ATK. While this card is face-up on the field, all face-up "Toon World"(s) you control cannot be targeted by your Opponent's card effects. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, return this card to your hand.If this card is Summoned, you can Target 1 monster your opponent controls; this turn, if you would Tribute a monster(s), for the Special Summon of a Toon monster, you can Tribute that monster, as if you controlled it. If this card is sent to the Graveyard, Draw 1 card. You must control a face-up "Toon" monster to activate and resolve this effect. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, return this card to your hand. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon Monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. You can Discard this card: During this turn, Toon monsters do not have there effects applied that prevent them from attacking the turn they are Summoned. This effect of "Toonlord Bah-Bah Black Sheep" can only be activated once per turn. If the Opponent activates the effect of a card that Targets a face-up "Toon" card or "Manga Ryu-Ran" you control, you can Tribute this face-up card: Negate that effect, and destroy that card. During your turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard, you can Banish this card from the Graveyard: Add 1 "Toon" card or "Manga Ryu-Ran" from your Graveyard to your hand. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, return this card to your hand.Cat basically doubles your number of Table of Contents and can pull Toon World from anywhere, and can even self-summon if you played the actual Toon World in the same turn, and then proceeds to be a beater if you play it in that manner. Cat's objective is basically just to improve the overall consistency by acting as a Stratos of sorts.Gargoyle exists to make the higher Leveled ones more playable and doubles as a draw engine; It's basically Nikitama and Stormforth mashed together. Plus, given the fact the Toons in question you would be Summoning off this card don't eat your Normal Summon, it's fine if your forced to Normal Summon this card.Sheep is the middle-ground for these two; Can make your Toons immediately able to attack right away, which instantly makes it awkward for the Opponent because Toons like Gemini Elf/Masked Sorcerer do things when they deal damage/via direct attack, and an instant 3K direct-attacker is rather scary. Sheep's recovery part of it's effect is a safety net because Toons lack it, and it's something I really forgot to include when I made the first two. Sheep's protection effect is mostly for kicks, and because, much like the recovery part, lets you make safer plays/etc.Now if your curious as to why the first two of them are Salvage targets; Mermaid is also a Salvage Target, so the Deck now, basically, can use Salvage to play Rank 4s with Mermaid. And I decided to be cool with these and have said monsters be searchable by Tenki and Reinforcements of the Army, respectively, to hopefully give them enough searchers to just fully optimize the potential of the deck, as a whole. Enjoy.
Darj
Both searchable by Tenki and ROTA respectively is genius. Plus Salvage support along Mermaid. And the cool tricks Gargoyle brings to the table of contents. Tenki -> Cat -> Table of Contents -> Toon World. That deck thinning. You can further extend it by searching the 3 Table of Contents. Amazing Toon support in my opinion. The only issue is that annoying Exodia decks running the Toon engine can potentially benefit from Cat, but it is unlikely since they usually reserve the Normal Summon on Library and more monsters in the deck may end up as bricks in the hand. Another issue is that with Gargoyle you could Tribute both an opponent's monster and Gargoyle itself to drop a Level 7+ Toon with virtually no cost. But t be fair, Toons, especially the bigger ones, do deserve the support so it should be fine. Also, a minor nitpick: Gargoyle's effect works on monster with "Toon" in their names, and thus doesn't include "Manga Ryu Ran". You could change it to Toon monsters (the sub-Type) instead: ...if you would Tribute a monster(s), for the Special Summon of a Toon monster... DuskOkami
I've always been a fan of the "Toon" archtype since they were introduced. The search capibilty with Cat is an amazing and well needed boost. Goblin souls quite a bit like Soul Exchange but with no draw backs, prehaps there should be some kind? Then again this effect for like 2 different "Toon" monsters that fit the 7+ stars.

Cryxok
I was actually thinking in Toon support as well, but rather than more Toon monsters my mind wen first to more non-toon "Toon" monsters based on the fanbase (Toon Fan and Toon Collector). Your cards are way better tho. Hope to see more Toonlords. The fact that the cat can activate a spell from the Graveyard sounds like a bit too much to me tho. You could use Table (x3) -> Cat -> Table from the Grave -> Toon World. If you have a second Cat (that could be added with Tenki or one of the tables if your drew the first Cat) it would be Special Summoned because of Toon World and you could xyz Bahamut Shark or something. EDIT: Missed the "once per turn" part of the effect
Toffee.
EDIT: Stardust was a train wreck, so ignore this post.

I agree, but with Goblin and the no draw back of it, their is already cards better suited than soul exchange and have no draw backs, good example "The Monarchs Stormforth", though is says for a tribute, I believe Goblin's effect seems fair, seeing such cards would be a great addition to the "Toon" Archtype. Toffee.
Replaced Stardust with a much more proper monster, and, honestly, it ties things together on a more 'complete' level. So yes, I'm bumping this topic because of a new addition.
Cryxok
Love the Black Sheep. Has tons of utility yet none of it sounds like too much to me. I find funny that despite is aggressive artwork and ATK/DEF split, most of it's effects revolve around it sacrificing itself to help the other Toons. Hoping to see more! Toffee.
most of it's effects revolve around it sacrificing itself to help the other Toons.Because that's all that was missing.Cat toolboxes the whole deck; Adds speed and grabs your combo pieces.Gargoyle plays the bigger ones; This makes the bosses live and lets you establish a field.Sheep fills in the gaps; Lets your Toons instantly start attacking and also doubles as a safety net.I mean, for all intensive purposes, Toons are just ghetto Earthbound Immortals(Despite the fact Toons came first), but have more strings attached to them. The Toonlords I made were designed to word around said issues, and make things playable overall.'Course, it's nothing gamebreaking/metagame-level as anyone can see that. But the point was that it breathes new life into Toons as a whole.
