ITT: Giga tries making a card [MtG]

And here he is. I had difficulty coming up with a wording that didn't just let him continue to reuse the same spells again and again, but eventually settled on this. The way it works is a bit clunky, but is much simpler to use in play. I can imagine this card being a house in counterburn decks, where pulling extra value off of both counterspells and bolts can go a long way. I decided to go instants only, since that is how Isochron Scepter, Elite Arcanist, and Kaho all work.

This idea was almost purely experimental, but cnc is still appreciated.
