evil cucumber
Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster from your hand; add from your Deck, 1 monster with the same Type and Level less than or equal to that monster but with a different name. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except monsters with the same Type as those monsters. I want to know if this card is well balanced I wanted something simple, a bit situational, yet powerful. Needs help on the OCG text thou.
SirReal
I find this interesting in that it gives slower decks some speed in the way that Supply Squad did. Some decks that need monsters banished might enjoy the cost, otherwise the cost is pretty balanced. Generic searching is something that is needed in the game now that everything searches everything else and the decks that already search like crazy probably won't use this card due to redundancy and possibly awkward levels(ex. you need a high level Nekroz to search for the lower levels/ in Qli you would search for Scout and then this card becomes pretty dead.) The end clause may not even be needed but adds a nice extra balancing factor that prevents overextending and insane boards. It's fast and generic enough to bring some creativity into the game. Well done!

Well done! Thanks for your kind reply! Indeed, a problem with many decks is their lack of interaction with the deck, so this turns Decks with extremely easy search abilities into like god tiers compared to them. Hopefully this would provide great help to balance the meta game and to make 4fun deks more competitive.
Toffee.
I'll be pro and Banish Tempest to grab Redox/Tidal/Blaster, then search for Debris Dragon off Tempest...
evil cucumber
I'll be pro and Banish Tempest to grab Redox/Tidal/Blaster, then search for Debris Dragon off Tempest... They actually limited so...who plays them anyway ^^
Spinny
Make it need the same attribute as well because drulers. They actually limited so...who plays then anyway ^^ I do. They aren't none existant because they are limited and the four make up a tenth of your deck still and they are still overpowered so I wouldn't exactly say that :\

- Minimania -
This card seems pretty good. I thought about the Dragons, but I realize that this card would do better in a Deck like Mermails, since you can banish Tidal and search for two Mermails. It could possible work in Nekroz and Gishki, too, and those are just the water Decks. Imagine this card in Yang Zing, or even Gusto. Heck, depending on what you're playing you can run this with Dragonsworn. You could use this card in a lot of Decks. Personally, I think that Mermails, Nekroz and Gishki have it best. VampireofDarkness
I took a good look at this card and passed it off initially at first. It seemed like a universal ROTA that could be MST'd. Then I realized you only really need to get it off once. While it does suck that it can get MST'd upon the banish, opening up with one of these is like opening Mathman in Shaddolls, it gets the Deck going at a very paced start. In some Decks, it will turn into a setup turn that limits you, but it doesn't ALWAYS matter when you can go off the turn after. For example, Zombies won't have to rely on Goblin Zombies to fetch their Unizombies, Tanukis can trade dead cards for Bambi, and Dragon Decks...... Can be Dragon Decks. Pretty solid card. I like it. Meta Decks simply wouldn't be able to handle the limitations (Except maybe Qliphort), but the Lower Tier Decks would hurry to this card, which I like. Again, I like this. I really like it. Progenitor
I Can't believe no one has brought up Psychics or some Spirit Beast Combos. Psychics could do some crazy stuff with this though.

They have a lot of different Types, which makes it all over the place
