Marco Polo
Wendigo turned out crap, the Qli match was unbreable - besides endlessly milling dragon and praying to gather enough advantage for Midrash + Egrystal (which you could not maintain as you got Skill Drained) you had nothing to do. This was originally an attempt to **partly** ease up the pathetic matchup. Making a non-retroactive El Shaddoll that can deal with threats while still punishing Special Summons. 1 “Shaddoll” monster + 1 WATER monsterMust first be Fusion Summoned. You can only use the ➀ effect of “El Shaddoll Tevilah” once per turn.➀: During either player's turn, if your opponent Special Sumoned last turn: You can place 1 “Shaddoll” monster from your Graveyard on top of your Deck; destroy 1 card on the field.➁: If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard; add it to your hand. 2950 / 2300 Discuss, it's public. VampireofDarkness
I don't see where it specifies to target anything, but otherwise it is solid. It's not quite as good as Winda or Construct, but like how the actual WATER Shaddoll says farewell to Nekroz, this does a decent job at punishing Qli for getting their hand caught in the cookie jar. However, it does mean you have to survive one OTK attempt, which sometime is painful to watch. On it's own, it is good and can be frustrating, but Castel will punish it before it can do too much.
